Wonderful Spot!

This property was superb and Sophie and Emmanuel were amazing hosts. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner and would strongly recommend both accommodation and food. We took our hosts recommendations for places to visit and were not disappointed. This is just a lovely place with great hosts.

Loved this property. The innkeeper was very knowledgeable about the area. We had such interesting conversations with her. LOVED the history of the building. Loved the room. Recommend this place highly!

Our hostess, Sophie has been excellent with local places of interest including some local restaurants. Our “villa” was very comfortable and fresh with a queen sized bed. Our stay was made very enjoyable, even the local patisserie/boulangerie were welcoming. We even bought some of Sophie’s porcelain

Lovely for short stays

Lovely 1 bedroom apartment style accommodation unit that was perfect for what we needed. Somewhere close to Calais to rest before we continued our long journey. It is a little remote and little on offer in the small village but we drove to a nearby small town for food where there was plenty of options. The accommodation was clean, and nicely decorated. Breakfast was offered in the large house. Staff were lovely and welcoming.

We highly recommend WE Maison d'hotes! Where to start - Parking was easy and free of charge, our host was fabulous - very friendly, gave us a warm welcome and some great information, but wasn't intrusive - we couldn't ask for more. The accommodation was clean, bright, and modern but with some of the building's original rustic features, and all looking out through large windows onto the beautiful gardens. Very quiet, private and picturesque. Bed was very comfortable, shower was amazing and although we didn't need much of it on our trip, the kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking. Breakfast was lovely, with fresh bread and pastries, preserves from the farm and coffee, tea and fresh juice all available. Overall, a genuinely wonderful place to stay - we can highly recommend and will definitely be staying again. Thank You!

We stayed in this property as an overnight during travel back to the UK ferry. A beautiful location, with excellent facilities and very welcoming host. The accommodation was comfortable, and the breakfast was full of local & homemade produce, served in the main house dining room. Merci beaucoup!
