The room was nice and clean, although it showed many signs of wear/ age. The pool is not as it shows on the pictures at all. The hot tub was not working, the waterfall shown in the pictures was not working, and the pool was barely warm. We got the hotel breakfast which we had to wait a very long time for, and the waiter was very unwelcoming.

Clean and comfortable room, but we stayed 2 nights and didn’t realize we had to ask for fresh towels and more coffee. No pen and paper in room. Front desk didn’t know there was water for filling water bottles in gym. We were told there was nowhere to get water. Breakfast didn’t start until 7:30 which was a little late for us as we had to leave by 8 for a function. Staff was friendly. Hotel needs updating in main area, but room was quiet and comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was ideal for our 1 night stay. Our room was not as clean as i would expect, for example we could draw on the dust on the tv stand, the bathrooms needed some updating and the floor was definitely mopped with a dirty mop. For 1 night and the price, it was liveable, but longer stay I would of called down to change rooms.

The rooms were nice and staff were great. I got these rooms for my 30 year old son and his wife and their friends to celebrate his 30th birthday. I wanted to do something special for him since he battled cancer and we didn’t think he would see his 30th. The pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was broken so it was a huge expensive disappointment.

Our stay was generally okay, but there were a few areas that could use some improvement. When we arrived, we noticed a couple of items left behind from previous guests, including some card keys and an empty medication package on the bedside table. It would great to see a more through check between stays to ensure everything feels fresh and fully prepared. We also found that the hot tub was under maintenance during our visit. While we understand that upkeep is necessary. Additionally, housekeeping stopped by during our two-night stay to ask if we needed anything. While the intention was appreciated, the interaction felt a bit unexpected, as it seemed like they might enter if we didn’t respond right away. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but a bit more attention to detail and communication, the experience could be even better.

The hotel in general was dirty and in a state of disrepair, (there were notices posted throughout that they were in the process of updating/renovating). Shoddy repairs in our room, some of the plug outlets didn’t work. Hot tub wasn’t working, pool showers out of order. Overall a massive disappointment for the price. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was just ok.

The lobby was very clean .Also the rooms was clean. I wished that there was free breakfast and also the hot tub was out of order and I was told the pool was heated but it was very cold! My check inn was good . But one of my daughters felt racially profiled doing check in one of the staff on afternoon and older Indian worker tried giving my daughter a hard time , but me and family enjoyed our stay

Our first room the fridge wasn’t working. When we went into the bathroom it was missing baseboard on the walls by the shower. Then we got moved to another room, didn’t look like the shower was cleaned. Black hair in the shower and on the toilet. Staff was accommodating and extremely friendly. We booked it knowing there was a hot tub. When we arrived the hot tub was not working. They sent an email after it was booked about the hot tub not working and I must have missed it.
