I would say customer service was good. As for the hotel, it's very outdated, smells like smoke, and rooms just don't seem very clean.

Terrible Hotel in Wichita

The room was filthy and looked like a murder scene, damaged window blinds, dirty carpet, stained bathroom, I was over charged too.

Situated in the absolute worst part of town. Open drug use and prostitution on property. Was told the owner doesn’t honor 3rd party reservations. I was stranded in a horrible part of town with no place to stay.

How is it when you set up a reservation that they dont seem to have the reservation. Then because of a no refund policy your screwed. Then come back with a room with a few things, like tv, refrigerator and other things.

The hotel front desk agent white old man was very rude and judgemental towards me. He would not allow me to get my belongings because I would not tell him where we went from the hotel and I personally feel like the agent had no rights to ask me about my where abouts while not being in the hotel itself. He judged me and my friend staying there . he judged me for demanding my stuff saying he should know where we went after leaving the hotel. I think I should not have to tell the clerk my business and he should of let me get my things and gladly letting me leave but instead he decided to be very mean and talk to me very disrespectful and does not need to be at a job that's going to be with people if he's going to be talking to people the way he did me. It was all on camera in between 7:30am-8am. Please look it up thank you July 2nd 2022

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

This is the absolute nastiest hotel I have ever been too. The first room he gave me didn’t have a tv. Then next one smelt like dirty wet dog. I took a shower (they didn’t even have towels in the room they had hand towels that I used to dry off). I went to get a snack and let the car spray I sprayed in there have time to sit. When I got back I decided I would go to sleep. I pulled the sheets back to only notice them having specks of either rust or blood stains. When I pulled the sheet back the fitted came off and the whole mattress springs and all were coming out of the side which I took pics of. I got my things together and left. I didn’t even stay the night. I feel like I need to go to the doctor and get a shot today. What a foul and disgusting place!! I knew I should have just went with an air b and b. This is definitely a meth head hotel. Sleeping in my car was well worth it.

I booked my room online, went to the hotel not even 30 minutes later, and they couldn't find my reservation. Plus the clerk said it 'was impossible that you booked online bc we don't even have any rooms'. Not sure who's at fault for that.

The soda machine took my money . $1.75 I might add. Note on the machine saying they don't do refunds call the company of the machine.
