Proprietor was not at all friendly. Ride ( Did not give a S—t attitude. Bath tub was discusting yellow/brown cigarette burn marks all over the edge of the tub. (Dozens of them). Pillows were terrible. Beds were two different heights. Will never stay again or refer anyone to stay.

Requires a cash deposit instead off putting hold on a card. My room key stopped working and had to get it reprogrammed. They said my room was booked under a different name. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. There was leftover food in the mini fridge from last occupant. There was a guy yelling outside for over an hour. Know one was at the front desk for over 10 minutes when I tried to checkout at 7am and pressing the call button did nothing.

Just only 1 word "Horrible". It's a Motel. Why it doesn't say it on here? It's not even a star. Room is dard and smell. Bugs and flies everywhere. Service is really terrible. In the morning, cleaner comes every room and knock the door really hard to just ask us want to clean a room or need a tower. She knock a room next door for long time, no one answer but she keeps doing it harder and harder.

Do not book this hotel.

When we arrived at the hotel there were half naked women coming in and out of rooms. Once we went to check in to our already paid for hotel, the hotel manager cpuld not find our reservation and then required a $80 cash only deposit. They would not give us any reciept or documentation of that transaction, but they needed it before they would give us our room key. Once we walk into the hotel room, it was absolutely disgusting. Sheets were not washed. There was sand or dirt in the sheets. The top blanket was filthg with clumps of sticky substances along it. The tables were uncleaned and there was visible residue left on them from whoever previously stayed there. The shower barely would turn on and the bathtub was stained with yellow residue from the previous person that stayed. The floors also had clumps of dirt, bugs, and sticky residue along them. The entire room was not cleaned. We stayed in the room for a max of 20 minutes before we went to ask the owner to get us a cleaned room. He stated he does not do that or issue refunds as it isnt his policy. However, when we purchased our reservation through hotels.com, that was no where listed in the terms and conditions when renting the room for the night. There was also nothing that indicated a requirement of a cash deposit being mandatory. Its unacceptable to rent out rooms that havent been cleaned and then to refuse to clean it or give us a different room. Absolutely disgusted with this experience.

Picture of the room was deceiving, room was dirty, stains in the linen, hair on the bed, towels were so thin our doggy towels were nicer, furniture especially the lounging chair was dirty and ripped, bed squeaks with every movement, smells like cigarettes and staff was unfriendly.

Unacceptable

This was the most disgusting place. It should be closed down. Check in time was supposed to be at 3:00, but when we tried to check in we were told our room wouldn't be ready until after 4:00. When we came back later that evening to check in we found the room to be disgusting and and completely unacceptable in every way. There were holes in the bed spread, stains all over the couch DEAD BUGS and HAIR on the bed sheets and NO toilet paper!!! There was no way we could stay in this room. We immediately left. I expect a full refund.

First of all when I was checking in. I was asked for 50 dollar Deposit .So I handed him my card . Because I only had 10 dollars on me . He said no card cash only. I said I'll go to the bank. He no. Asked how much did you have on you. I told 10$. He said ok and take it. The over look of the room was good. Looked clean. I went to wash my hands The cold handle was broken . The water would stay on .you then to the certain spot to turn off.

Disgusting. Pure disgusting. Looks like a place your broke uncle would go to to meet a hooker and then almost die. Nasty smells of cigarettes and weed to the point of almost vomit! Towels covered in filth and stains along with the sheets, pillows, and towels unbearable to even touch, we are so glad we brought our own. The heater started leaking so badly it covered the floor with water and wet all of our bags. Loud noises from the streets and screaming in the middle of the night. The hotel key was literally a plastic square with circles hole punched into it that opened the door, UNSAFE! When you pull in, you look like you’re going to hell and have everyone around you staring as you pull into a parking space, ALWAYS people hanging around by the dumpster. SUSPECT! Bugs crawling in room made us so disgusted, along with the stained shower curtain and toilet. We asked if we could have a later check out and the man yelled “no no no!” with an angry face. No lobby, just a window. So lame, so sad, and honestly the funniest story we will be sharing for years to come. An experience to remember haha

No toilet paper.service terrible since owner do maid work and neglect front desk. Can only talk to them thru a widow cannot go in office ever. Tv cable was disconnected which I had to hook up myself. Most places will let you check in a little early, not this place. Had to leave ten dollars cash, for what I don’t know.

First night there they have me a nice decent room so thought all their rooms would be like that so rebook to stay there. Bad choice ! They gave me a way smaller room . Came in n there was marks on walls door . Comforter had cigarettes burns all over pillow cases n bed sheets had stains . When I was in bed I felt like something was crawling on me. It was disgusting.

My first stay they gave a nice room when I rebook they gave me a small room with holes in blanket pillowcase with stains, wall is crack. When I was in the bed I felt like something was crawling on me. Disgusting . Can’t vel they charge a $100 for that. Motel 6 was even better than the room I had.
