Very dated. Wi-Fi was extremely slow. Paper mill town with many chemical smells. Comfortable bed and great hot water. No hair dryer in rooms.

We always stay here when we visit this area in Virginia. This time we had a different room. The bathroom was extremely small. You had to stand in the shower stall to close the door. They are renovating the rooms so hopefully next time will be a better experience.

Colonial Downs trip

I stayed here because i was going to the big races at Colonial Downs. I needed a place to crash for 2 days, so i didn't need anything fancy. Great rate for what i needed

Would have liked to have directions for use for the spa. Also would have liked replacement towels when house keeping removed the ones we had. Overall the experience was positive!

bugs everywhere. roaches and hair on all the wash clothes and towels and the fridge was full ofmold that i had to clean myself because i had food to keep in there. oh and the electric went out that night for some reason.and the cleaning lady was extremely rude.

We had requested an early check in time, which was available when we arrived. There is no check-in desk and staff can be called by ringing a buzzer. The pool, which is still listed as an amenity on the motel's web site, had been filled in and is now a grassy plot. The on-site restaurant was closed for breakfast the morning we left. Very limited dining options in the vacinity.

Great budget motel/hotel. Nothing fancy but a clean place to spend a night. If I had to complain about something the bed was a little bit small to be called a queen. If you are going to put 2 adults on one bed you better like to snuggle.

The heat was broken so we froze all night. The toilet leaked all over the floor onto the carpet onto the carpet. The owner did not speak English and gave us a towel to stop up 526 gallons of water that had spilled. There were bed bugs in the bed. The refrigerator was warm almost hot. When we spoke to jankey she was rude an not helpful.
