Large apartment (approx. 100 sqm) located directly on the forest with a beautiful view. Relaxation in healthy air, quiet sleep and many leisure activities (hiking, cycling, Middle Rhine Valley etc.). Whether as a vacation spot or a job apartment: this apartment offers everything you need. Grocery store, butcher, baker, hairdresser, general practitioner and dentist are available in the village. The area also offers a lot: Small towns invite you to stroll and linger: Bad Ems, Nassau, Montabaur (each about 8km). Larger cities: Koblenz (approx. 20 km) and Limburg (approx. 30 km).

Wir hatten im August 2025 einen sehr schönen, erholsamen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, sauber, sehr gut und freundlich ausgestattet. Das Bad wurde vor kurzem erneuert und ist nun mit geräumiger Dusche und modern ausgestattet. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass wir unsere Rennräder in der Garage gut und sicher unterstellen konnten. In Fußreichweite gibt es einen Bäcker, Metzger und einen kleinen Supermarkt.Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen!

Die FeWo diente als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Touren mit dem Motorrad im Umkreis. Die Wohngegend ist dörflich angenehm ruhig. Die Wohnung selber ist für 2 Personen sehr großzügig und gepflegt. Das wir die Doppelgarage mit nutzen durften, war auch auch sehr hilfreich und dank Fernbedienung auch jederzeit zugänglich. Das Ehepaar Best war (und ist es bestimmt auch jetzt noch :) ) sehr nett und durch die darüber liegende Wohnung direkt erreichbar. Viel zu klären gab es in durch die lockere Abwicklung und der guten Ausstattung freilich nicht. Mal abgesehen davon, dass die Straßen in RLP nicht immer im besten Zustand sind, waren da sehr schöne und kurvenreiche Strecken fürs Moped dabei. Mal schauen, vielleicht stehen wir nächstes Jahr wieder auf der Matte.

Große, helle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, gepflegt, sehr sauber und durch große Fenster sehr hell mit wunderschönem Ausblick! In der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts, jedes kleinste Detail war vorh, ob in der Küche oder im Bad. Die Besitzer, die im selben Haus wohnen, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie kümmern sich liebevoll um die Ferienwohnung, halten sich aber sehr im Hintergrund. Die Llage am Waldrand ist optimal für Wanderungen! Im Dorf ist ein Bäcker und ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen, sowie ein Fleischer. Ansonsten ist man wohl auf ein Auto angewiesen. Einzige, kleine Kritikpunkte: das W-LAN ist teils etwas schwach und in der Wohnung ist ein leichter, muffiger Kellergeruch. Das kommt daher, da die Wohnung am Hang halb im Keller liegt. Aber mit etwas Lüften ist das schnell erledigt. Die vielen Vorteile überwiegen auf jeden Fall! Als Ausflugsziel ist auf jeden Fall das Städtchen Limburg mit seiner wunderschönen Altstadt zu empfehlen! Für Wanderer ist der Lahnwanderweg sehr reizvoll. Danke, Ehepaar Best, für den tollen Aufenthalt! Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl!

Perfect huis

Mooi, goed onderhouden en schoon huis. 2 grote slaapkamers met een prachtig uitzicht over het dal. De matrassen liggen heerlijk. Huis ligt boven op een berg. Huis is voorzien van alle gemakken. Hele vriendelijke hosts.

Tolle geräumige Ferienwohnung. Der Ausblick über den Westerwald ist Atemberaubend. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett.

Absolute Spitze!!!

Diese Ferienwohnung ist wundervoll!! Superfreundliche Besitzer, sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Alles ist da was mann so braucht. Die Aussicht ist jeden Tag wieder super. Auch wenn es einmal schlechteres Wetter ist. Die Wohnung ist hell und liegt sehr ruhig. Zum erholen ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder. Das Auto konnte im Garage gestellt werden. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt. Ein wunderschöner Ausblick, der auch bei schlechtem Wetter das Urlaubsgefühl nicht mindert. Familie Best hat angeboten bei allen Fragen gerne zu helfen. In der Wohnung gibt es auch reichlich Lektüre zu Ausflugszielen, falls man selbst nichts geplant hat. Fussläufig gibt es einen Bäcker, einen Metzger und einen kleinen Supermarkt mit jeweils sehr nettem Personal. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung sehr gerne weiter. Herzlichen Dank an Familie Best! Wir haben schon beschlossen, gelegentlich wieder dort zu buchen.

Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage im Westerwald

Wir möchten es nicht versäumen, uns für den freundlichen Empfang bei Famile Best herzlich zu bedanken. Die Wohnung war geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles an Annehmlichkeiten verhanden. Higlight war für mich die schöne Terrasse mir dem traumhaften Blick über den Westerwald. Der Standort Welschneudorf ist geradezu genial, um mit dem Auto die Sehenswürdigkeiten des Westerwaldes zu erkunden. Wir haben jeden Tag genossen und können die Wohnung mir Überzeugung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Familie Faber

Erholung pur - sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Wir waren eine Woche in der liebevoll und total durchdachten Wohnung, in der es wirklich an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Aussicht von der Wohnung und Terrasse auf den Westerwald ist wirklich einmalig. Zudem gibt es gleich mehrere Stuhl- oder Liegevarianten vor Ort um nach einem Ausflug auf der Terrasse oder dem Garten zu entspannen. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen und möchten die Gelegenheit gleich mit nutzen, uns bei den sehr zuvorkommenden und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern bedanken.

Eine Woche im Westerwald

Sehr schöne große Ferienwohnung, nette Vermieter. Man kann zum Limes wandern, Lahn und Rhein sind auch in der Nähe für Ausflüge.

Einfach ein toller Urlaub.

Tolle große, sehr saubere Wohnung, super Preis-Leistung. Genossen haben wir die schöne Terrasse mit tollen Ausblick und die hervorragenden Betten. Die Gegend ist einfach herrlich, wir haben tolle Radtouren gemacht. Sehr nette Vermieter, wir empfehlen gerne weiter. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig! Herzliche Grüße an Familie Best.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Familie Best war wunderbar, die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Uns hat nichts gefehlt, in der Wohnung gibt es außer den nötigen Dingen (in der Küche, Wohnzimmer, Bad, Terrasse), auch viele liebevoll zur Verfügung der Gäste gestellte Sachen, an die man gar nicht gedacht hätte, das war beeindruckend. Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig, hell, sehr sauber und gepflegt, sehr ruhig und bietet ein hervorragende Aussicht. Wir bedanken uns uns nochmal bei Familie Best und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr geräumige, saubere Ferienwohnung mit vollständiger Ausstattung

Der Ort liegt etwas abseits, aber das weiß man vorher. Ansonsten ist die Ferienwohnung für drei Personen absolut perfekt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Sehr nette Vermieter.
