A new, modern, quiet and clean apartment with 2 bedrooms (queen beds), separate lounge, kitchenette (fridge, microwave, hot plate, kettle and toaster) and spacious bathroom awaits you.

Bathroom with Shower (ample hot water), simple kitchen facilities (fridge, toast, kettle, microwave) and laundry with Washer and Dryer are at your disposal.

3 mins drive to Airport and Lyall Bay Beach, 7 to the city centre and the Nightlife, Museums, Opera, 15 to Westpac Stadium.

Wellington and all her attractions are at your fingertips here!

This is a brand new, supremely insulated, light, extremely sunny and warm apartment, designed for you and your friends/family to relax and enjoy yourselves in.

It's close to almost everywhere you'd like to be in Wellington (whether you are into sports, nights out, shopping, hiking, nature, beaches, or anything else) and yet remarkably quiet.

It's also a great space to sit in and relax, write, watch TV or movies, or simply share good times with friends and family.

There is one flight of stairs (separating the entrance/kitchenette/laundry with the rest of the space), so please, you will need to be wary of this when booking with small infants.

With your own private entrance you can come and go as you please.

There's off street parking for one car (or more with notice), and a shared BBQ if that's your thing on a sunny day/evening.

If you wish to have a fifth guest, we can hire a single fold out bed for an additional cost. This would be used in the living room or either bedroom. We can also provide a cot for hire.

- Be a clean and tidy guest
- Parking is available for two vehicles on site, and on street parking in abundance
- Security Bond may be required - details and costs will be provided upon confirming any booking.

Location excellent for getting around Wellington. Clean and plenty of room for our group. Kitchen is well equipped - a second hot plate would be useful for a longer stay or a larger number of guests. Great accomodation

We really enjoyed our stay here. There’s bus stops just outside, supermarkets and shops a short walk away so it’s an amazing location. The apartment had everything we needed for two adults and two kids. Thanks so much we will be back!

Great location and place to stay in Wellington

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here during our short trip to Wellington. Rodney was an excellent communicator and gave us all the information we needed to make check in smooth. The apartment is over a garage, so you have the entire place to yourself with a secure keypad to get in and out. The beds were very comfortable, there’s plenty of closet space, and the kitchenette and laundry downstairs met all of our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Modern and very well equiped appartement just outside the center of Wellington.

Modern appartment. All necessary equipment is available. Good beds. Very nice shower. Private parking on the site. Public transport in front of the house. Located just out of the city center in a quiet neighbourhood. Host was very helpfull.

Kitchen location

Loved the area and closeness to shops and bus and the host was accomodating. Fortunately for me I am fairly physically able to access the staircase, however for the older and/or physically impaired, having to make multiple trips up and down stairs to get a drink, make a snack etc would be quite a trial.

Easy Access to City & Coast!

Nice 2-story apartment with comfortable living & bedroom space upstairs. We easily rode the bus into the city with pick-up & drop off at the Bus Stop a few doors down the street. Enjoyed an afternoon drive out to the coast after a day exploring town.The apartment location was perfect, allowing us to see much of the area by car and bus. The small kitchenette is located downstairs. With the main living area upstairs, we tried to minimize trips up & down the stairs. The block style table & chairs were built for function over comfort.Overall, very nice, conveniently located stay in Wellington!

Wellington Accomodation

The property itself is nice and comfortable, Good to have parking up the drive. Dont recommend the fold out bed (would be ok if there was another foam mattress or something to go on it) so we ended up just having 3 of us in the bed. The actual beds were comfortable and warm tho. Washing machine and drier (supplied washing powder aswel) was handy. Nice to come home without the massive pile of dirty washing. Thanks!
