We were given the excuse that management had just changed over. Had to go to the front desk several times, which was never attended. I had called from the room but nobody answered. Even after ringing the bell, took quite a while for someone to show up. One visit to the desk was because we ran out of tp and were only there 1 night. There was no extra roll in the room. Another was because TV didn't work, just fuzz. Given a vague explanation of how it worked but were only able to get one channel to work. Stay clear.
