"We stay at the villa 2 tomes. First one in a smaller villa which was great but second stay in 2 weeks in villa 1 was bad. The conditions of the rooms could be better. Shower head did not work, pool was not cleaned and cleaning could be bettter"

"The hotel exterior is really well done and the rooms look in good shape overall at first glance, but we had quite a few issues. At check in, the front desk staff were rude. When we showed them the reservation number, they took a while to find it and made it seem like it was our fault. We got to our room and it was pretty dirty.
