Royal Baths Spacious Apartment is located in the very heart of Warsaw, right next to the Royal Lazienki Park and Agrykola Park, in a prestigious neighborhood surrounded by embassies. The apartment enjoys a unique location in the city center, immersed in the greenery of Warsaw’s most beautiful parks. It is directly adjacent to the Royal Lazienki Park and close to Morskie Oko Park and Agrykola Park, neighboring numerous embassies (including those of the United Kingdom, Spain, the Netherlands, Japan, and others). This is a unique combination of a central location, perfectly connected with the rest of Warsaw, and a quiet, green retreat among parks, embassies, walking paths, cycling routes, historic streets, and charming restaurants.

The Royal Lazienki Park is known for its exceptional architecture, beautiful gardens, and rich history, evidenced by numerous monuments such as the Palace on the Isle, the Old Orangery, the White House, and the Theatre on the Water. One of the most characteristic events held in the park are the summer Chopin concerts. They take place every year from May to September, attracting both Warsaw residents and tourists from around the world. These concerts are organized every Sunday at 12:00 and 16:00 near the Fryderyk Chopin monument.

Near the apartment, there is also the Czerniakowski Canal and the Vistula River. One of the key elements of Warsaw’s riverfront are the Vistula Boulevards. The boulevards are a place where you can walk, run, cycle, or simply relax on benches overlooking the river. There are numerous cafes, restaurants, food trucks, and recreational areas. On warm days, the boulevards are lively, attracting both locals and tourists for picnics, social gatherings, and various cultural events such as concerts, festivals, and open-air film screenings.

The area around the apartment is full of shops, restaurants, cafes, service points, and entertainment venues. The location makes it easy to get around the city thanks to numerous bus and tram stops (Sielecka, Spacerowa, Sielce, Bartycka). This allows quick and convenient access to all the attractions Warsaw has to offer.

Royal Baths Spacious Apartment is a spacious apartment featuring a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a balcony where guests can relax and enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Guests have access to a range of practical amenities, including fast free WiFi, satellite TV, a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer, a fridge with freezer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, and kitchen accessories. Guests may use the street parking spaces available nearby; however, availability is not guaranteed and parking fees may apply. Street parking is paid from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator.

To ensure a good start to your stay, we provide a set of basic hygiene products such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and shower gel. Please note that these are available in limited quantities and are intended mainly for the first days of your stay. To ensure full comfort for the remainder of your visit, we recommend purchasing additional supplies according to your needs.
