Comfortable bed in a good location for my business trip. There were some maintenance issues visible, but nothing that interfered with my use of the facility or my comfort.

It felt like there was a lot of traffic, partying and drinks. They changed us to another room but the one they gave us initially had a used condom in the bed and there are a lot of cockroaches in the rooms. The staff is awesome and we loved the grills you can use. There was a lot of people lingering in the foyer and in the entrance.

Decent hotel its run down. Only 1 ice machine works. They have bugs. Staff is friendly. I have seen or been told about 3 different prices for the room. The room door has a price for nightly, weekly and monthly, yet the manager said it was a higher price and the 3rd party site i booked from. This hotel is way to run down and just not the best place to have a rate as high as they charge. What they want for a night is ridiculous for a room with cockroachs, spider, a tv that was replaced with a broken one thats volume doesn't work wont turn off and has a line down the front. All fixtures need to be replaced. There is a dent on the shower floor so it feels like ill fall through. The outlets are very dangerous. I told my kids never to touch them, they aren't safe.

I stayed 3 nights. No bed bugs. Hot water, HVAC, TV worked. Clean room, but I had to request clean towels. Staff friendly and helpful. The HVAC was a bit loud, but otherwise it was very quite location.

Floor was dirty, bed was dirty, I had to ask for clean sheets, hotel reeked of weed and old carpet smells . I couldn’t sleep here and booked another hotel. I would recommend the Fairfield around the corner . Great hotel and nice aesthetic.

We didnt even stay here i ended up getting my money back because, when checking in the room i had pealed back the bed covers as i do in any hotel, and the beding was never changed. It had fecal matter, fresh wet pee sains as well as pubic hair
