Staff was very courteous. However, none of the thermostats in the room were not functioning. The water in the shower was lukewarm, and the breakfast food was distasteful. The staff was helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room was large. Room pricing was good. Only negatives to our stay was the room had a terrible smell on the second day we were there. We ran the air conditioning to help alleviate the smell but it took some time. Also, the noise from the I-35 freeway made sleeping difficult.

The building was very clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, but i have no complaints. The only neutral/negative (not very negative at that) would be that i wished there was a tv guide since the remotes didn't have a channel list option, but we barely had time to watch tv anyway so totally not a big deal if you are staying and have plenty of activities planned like we did. Overall this was a great stay and we are super happy with the hotel!!
