Good hotel good food and location

Great hotel. The breakfast was amazing with a lot variety of cakes , pies hot and cold stuffs. Location was good, close to Itaparica Beach and bus stop. Vila Velha it's a beautiful city.

The Hotel overall is good, however, the cleaning ladies miss a lot of things on the rooms, like shampoo. Breaskfast was amazing. At afternoon they offer coffe and cake and canjiquinha, but they don't add some juice or milk, since not everybody drink coffee.

Tive um pequeno contratempo, pois, meu filho chegou primeiro que eu no hotel,eu mandei meus documentos, ele mostrou na recepção, ams, sem sucesso, não deram atenção, o-deixaram esperando 1 hora na recepção. Tive que vir correndo de onde estava para que liberassem, sendo que poderia ter feito o check-in com os documentos que eu enviei, eliberar a subida dele, já estava pago. Fiquei bem chateada comisso, mas foi o único ponto negativo, pois todo o restante foi perfeito. O café da manhã é tão incrível, como quase nunca vi, nem em outros países, prove e verás. Parabéns, só melhorem essa prestabilidade com os hóspedes. Meu filho chegou bem simples, e talvez pela aparência não deram atenção.

O hotel está de parabéns pela estrutura, pelos serviços oferecidos aos hóspedes e pelo atendimento, mas com ressalvas. Durante a semana em que estive hospedado, o atendimento do hotel em muito se diferencia de uma equipe para outra. Na Seg Qua e Sext equipe do dia e da noite excelentes. Cordiais d prestativos. Equipe Ter e Qui muito inferior. Fui pedir informações e mal olharam no olho para responder, demonstrando má vontade e sendo totalmente desconfortável a situação. Outra situação foi pedir um abridor de lata emprestado à noite e simplesmente falaram que não tinha. Má vontade novamente. Como um hotel não tem um simples abridor?

O hotel estava em reforma, então a avaliação fica um pouco prejudicada. Quarto limpo, porém de piso, o que dá uma aparência mais rústica ao local. Achei que faltou coberta, havia apenas um lençol e uma manta bem fina, e os dias estavam frios. Produtos de banheiro bem simples para o valor da estadia. Falando em banheiro, também precisando de uma reforma. Café-da-manhã com certa morosidade para reposição, com vários itens quentes sem manter seu devido aquecimento. A máquina de bebidas estava sem funcionar. Achei que faltou proatividade da recepcionista ao ser questionada sobre itens do quarto, orientando o viajante a acionar a camareira do andar, sendo que o mesmo havia dito que a procurou e não achou: o que se espera é que todos estejam empenhados em entregar a melhor experiência ao cliente. Em resumo: hotel entrega o básico para uma estadia boa, porém com valores bem superiores ao que proporciona.

Gosto muito de hospedar no Santorini, hotel muito bem Administrado e limpo. Os quartos são muito confortáveis e os superiores tem vista parcial para a Praia de Itaparica, café da manhã excelente e atendimento nota 10. Por não ter muitos apartamentos não e fácil conseguir reserva.
