El hotel está bien, pero las instalaciones no estaban bien conservadas. El hilo musical no funcionaba, cuando llegamos las luces del pasillo no funcionaban y las paredes de la habitación tenían suciedad. Precio alto para las características.

Hotel a un paso en tranvia de Vitoria

Hotel ideal para visitar Vitoria, tiene el tranvia en la puerta (1,5euro cada viaje) y deja en el mismo centro . Tuvimos suerte y aparcamos a la primera y no lo movimos hasta que nos fuimos. Alrededor del hotel no hay practicamente nada, no habia ni bares abiertos. El hotel correcto aunque la mampara de la ducha estaba mal y se salia toda el agua y encharcaba el baño lo cual era bastante molesto. La calefaccion es individual y cada uno se la pone a su gusto pero es radiador del baño lo encienden con hora por lo que si te duchas sin radiador hace frio en el baño. Pero en general bien hotel aceptable. El señor de recepcion correcto.

EL PEOR HOTEL DONDE ME HE ALOJADO HASTA AHORA. HACIA MUCHÍSIMO FRÍO Y NO FUNCIONABA LA CALEFACCIÓN. LO DIJIMOS POR LA MAÑANA Y SABIENDO ELLOS QUE NO FUNCIONABA, NOS DIJERON QUE TARDARÍA UN POCO. HASTA QUE NO BAJAMOS A RECEPCIÓN, DONDE NOS DEJARON UN PEQUEÑO CALEFACTOR ELÉCTRICO, NO PUSIERON REMEDIO. NI SIQUIERA HEMOS DORMIDO, NOS HUBIESEMOS MUERTO DE FRIO. Pues en general todo estuvo aceptable. Sobre todo la limpieza y lo grande que era el baño. Lo que menos el ruido, no estaba bien aislado, se escuchaban los sonidos de otras habitaciones. Nuestra habitación daba a la calle y también se escuchaba el sonido de los coches, no sé si tendría algo que ver el que faltaba una de las cortinas y puede que la falta de ese detalle haga que no esté bien aislada.

Buen hotel, limpieza y bien comunicado

Habitación amplia para ser individual. Buen baño y cama. Por poner un pero me tocó una habitación al lado del comedor donde se sirven los desayunos con lo que a las 7 había algo de ruido.
