"The staff was friendly and quick, but the hotel entrance was hard to find in the dark because it was moved and there inadequate lighting and signage. Only Norwegian tv channels in room, although you can Bluetooth music from your phone to the tv. The Aquarama SATS facility with swimming pools etc are adjoined, guests can use for an extra fee. Nice and quiet despite its size. Friendly and helpful staff. "

"We arrived at the Utsikten hotel in Geiranger to find we had no reservation and they were full. It turns out that Expedia had made the reservation in a hotel of the same name in a distant city in another part of . Luckily we were able to find a room at the Videseter where we had stayed before. I cannot find this 5-night trip on my Expedia page. "
