Hotel was spotless, very quiet, and had a great breakfast. The bed was super comfortable and we have literally no complaints! Everything was smooth from beginning to end. I loved how you could open the windows for fresh air and that we had sheep across the street we could watch. Highly satisfied!!

The location was convenient to food and entertainment. The cost was great. However, the hotel was dirty, the floors especially were filthy, the mattresses weren't good and it was quite noisy.

No breakfast, no staff available at front desk

When we checked in, the front desk young lady was very polite professional and helpful. However when we checked out there seemed to be no one in the hotel. Breakfast was scheduled at 6-9. We went down and 6:30, 7:30, and 8:00 and all the lights were off. There were 8 or 9 confused guests wandering around the lobby. An empty coffee dispenser was sitting on a table. When you called the front desk, a recording said they were assisting other customers. It appears several people must not have shown up for the morning shift. We left and went out for breakfast.

Comfort Inn Vernal is very nice!

Everything was great with our stay. My 2 little dogs were treated so nicely. Room was very comfortable and priced right. So much nicer than the other place I stay for about $15 cheaper! We will definitely be back.
