era semplicemente orribile, NON VIENI IN QUESTO HOTEL! si tratta di pubblicità false, nulla nell'hotel assomiglia alle foto e si trova a 45 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria di Venezia (nemmeno il centro che è un altro 30-40 minuti), le pareti sono estremamente sottili, non sono insonorizzate mentre pubblicizzano , puoi sentire TUTTO! ed è stato orribile mi sentivo come se fossi in una peconomica walk-in motel! ho avuto così tante brutte esperienze che non riesco a contarle, il bagno è rotto, lo scarico della doccia è incredibilmente sporco e ostruito, lo zoccolo del lavandino non c'è, porta tv rotto, nessun servizio di pulizia un giorno prima del check out, aria condizionata non funzionante , la stanza 130 era una stanza dall'inferno solo gelida e senza copriletti adeguati

the hotel itself is beautiful however there was one receptionist/hostess that was unhelpful and judgmental. I would recommended others to stay if the hostess was nicer. Please note there were two when i went and the young hostess/receptionist is the one who was very unpleasant.

Disappointing

The property looked as advertised from the street and as we walked up but that’s where it ended. There was no one at the desk to check in with at 1800. Once we were able to track someone down to check us in she was very short and rude. We made it to our room and found it to be much smaller than advertised and the shower had mildew in it and the refrigerator appeared to have mold in it. To make matters worse, when we went to retire for the evening the air conditioning did not work. It was 2200 and reception desk said they were open until 2300 yet there was no one to be found anywhere. The room had no fan and no air conditioning and it was now approaching 90 degrees in the room even with the window open. We were forced to sleep with the window open which meant listening to traffic noise all night. This hotel was very disappointing. Thankfully we were only here for one night. I would not recommend this to anyone. This could be a charming place but they have a lot of work to do.

If you don't have any or much patience with eccentricity, don't stay here, because it is as eccentric as the pic on Expedia looks. This is easily the cheapest accommodation to do Venice. A 53E bus (tickets and directions at the tobacconist's - good cake shop next door) gets you to S Lucia in 20 minutes. Clean, functional but avoid the breakfast if you can, it's eccentric but even we drew a line.

Hôtel nécessitant un bon raffraichissement. Plusieurs éléments cassés dans la salle de bain. Décoration et ensemble vieillissant. Propreté à revoir. Accueil Innacceptable.
