Awesome Place!

We were in the area to pick up our family pet froma local training facility and this ended up being the perfect location to also spend our kids’ spring break. It had easy access to dog friendly restaurants and the dog beach! The house had every thing we needed.

Great house near Venice Beach!

This house was amazing for our family to stay in during our short visit to Venice Beach. Our two young boys loved the pool and pool toys. Plenty of space to hang out and enjoy the warm Florida weather.

Great family home

We stayed for a week. The house was great, pool was awesome. Enjoyed the fresh fruit trees. My grandkids lived the sapodillas and mangos. The owner was very accessible. Look forward to going back.

Great Place in Venice

This place was great for our month long stay in the Venice area. Short drive to the beach and shopping. Large fenced backyard for our dogs. Nice pool to sit around or swim in during warm weather. Owner quick to respond to questions. I would stay here again if back in the area.

Great getaway!

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay. The location is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We felt safe and were able to enjoy the luxuries of the home. The beach was less than a 10-minutes drive and very beautiful. Brian was very professional and a delight to deal with! Definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away for a few days!

Perfect Home in a Perfect Location!

Close to everything you want to be! Pristine home setup very nicely. Master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house of the other two bedrooms which is a plus.Master bedroom has access to the pool, and so do the other two bedrooms via the bathroom having a door to the pool area as well.Loved the area and we were so close to everything test property with an attentive owner.

Myself, my friend, and her family were in Florida to attend a wedding. The house was great, and the host was always available to answer a question or for whatever else you may need. The pool was clean and ready for use. Unfortunately, it was a bit chilly in Florida. All in all I’d stay again if I ever needed.

Perfect!

This was one of our favorite rentals. It’s a lovely home, very clean, kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was good, didn’t run out of hot water despite multiple showers in a row. Of course, the pool was a hit with the kids. Very close to multiple beaches, plenty of stores a short drive away. Brian was wonderfully responsive, an excellent host! We will be back next year.

Great spot near beaches!

House was great. Very clean. Rooms are nice. We had space with 4 adults, 3 kids and one baby plus our dogs for a family get together. The house was clean and neat. There was a dining room with a table. Master room leads to pool and so does the second bathroom las well as large sliding glass doors from the living room- house is tile so we went in and out through the bath broom bc when wet it is slippery. Pool was clean with a nice screened in space to keep bugs out. There were a couple large floats. Pool/beach towels are provided. Yard is fenced- if you have a sneaky dog just be careful bc there are a few gaps. Our dogs checked it out but thankfully listen pretty well. They had a blast too. We went to caperson beach to find sharks teeth-13 min drive. Easy to get to. And we found a couple small teeth each! Publix is about a mile away. If we have the opportunity to go back we would 100% rent this house again. Also Brain was wonderful to speak to and answer our questions promptly leading up to our vacation and during. One of the best experiences I have had with a vacation rental.

This will be our go to house in Venice from now on. The pictures do Not do this home justice. It’s beautiful. Tall ceilings and doors. The master bathroom has an enclosed, tiled shower and a large tub. We had plenty of space with a large group. Plenty of towels-everything you need in the kitchen to cook anything. The owners dropped off paper towels and toilet paper. Less than 10 minutes to the beach where we found lots of shark teeth. We hope to be back soon.

House is in EXCELLENT condition, and so well stock. We really appreciated it. Clean and comfy. We did not have GREAT weather to enjoy the pool but that's the way it goes in January!!
