This is a very basic, low-budget accommodation. The bathroom was not very clean, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the location is convenient—within easy reach of both the train station and the bus to Venice. Overall, I wouldn’t really recommend it unless you're on a tight budget and only staying briefly.

Clean very friendly and helpful staff stayed for 2 nights cleaned every day. Very good location close to Mestre train station and bus stop to Venice. A few things to fix in the room but overall a good experience. Worst was the noise from traffic as is very close to the road.

Staff was very polite and explained everything. The room was cheap and in convenient location- about 8 min walk from Mestre rail station. Location was crucial to us for this one night stay on budget. The conditions of the room and bathroom unfortunately are questionable, tiny shower with a curtain, hard rock pillows, only 1 working socket. However, it is bareble for a short stay so if you're on a budget, go for it...

Great location very convenient and helpful staff who were at reception 24/7. This was useful as a flight delay meant we were very late into the city. Despite there being an air con unit in the room it seemed to only function as a fan, and with the heat over 30 air con would have been useful. The facilities were dated but there.

A decent pizza place near by and a lidl. Close to Venezia Mestre, so its convenient. And the staff seemed decent. Thats pretty much the only positives. The room was dirty, falling apart and delapadated. The sheets appeared clean. But everything was awful. A really depressing room. Shower head was all over the place, and coulsnt get a steady stream. Not to mention also dirty. The water that comes out of the tap didnt get cold and tasted weird. Happy to be out of the place. Thankfully it was only for one night.

We liked… that we’re able to leave our luggage before our check in, they allowed us to used their bathroom and change clothes. The staff was helpful. Bus 6 to Venezia was only 3-4 min walk same as the T2 to and from Mestre area. If you didn’t buy your $35 for transportation you can buy it at the same price at the liquor store around the corner. The room had a new AC unit, provided 4 towels and small pouches of shampoo and soap bar. The bed was comfortable and big. We did not liked… the walk via google maps in a underground path with people doing drugs. (Behind a locked fence) we learned that you can take a shortcut from the train stations. The place is old, the rooms had mold on ceiling and tile and they smell to humidity. Read closely an iron it’s not available. Conclusion: we only used it to shower and sleep. We’ll not stay here again due to the mold and humidity in the room.

Reasonably priced hotel

Old, rather worn hotel. Hard beds, small bedroom and small bathroom. Friendly staff. Good location right next to good food and a direct bus route to Venezia. Fairly decently priced for the area.

I was told that the quad room is no longer available, even though that is what I booked. I was offered 2 rooms that each can have 2 people, for the same price. I accepted. The rooms are nothing like the pictures. It was just a floor, 4 walls, and a bed, and an old bathroom that was not upgraded. Painted in drab colors.
