Great location

Excellent location in Venice close to tourist and local spots. Reception staff extremely friendly. Room was quiet and exactly what we needed after a long day of exploring. Would not hesitate to book again!

Pleasant stay

Perfect location away from the many people who visit. Receptionist was accommodating when i arrived at 9 AM. I was able to leave my bags to explore until my room was ready. When i returned he brought my bags to my room while i was gone. Plenty of restaurants steps from the hotel. Easy to get to from the water taxi stop from the airport. Enjoyed the breakfast. Happy to stay here on another visit to Venice.

Located in a quieter area of the city, but with plenty of local restaurants and bars to choose from. Helpful and friendly staff, and a well equipped clean room. Would happily stay here again if I return to Venice.

Fantastic little hotel. An easy 15 minute walk to the Rialto bridge. Quieter location but still plenty of bars and restaurants. Hotel was very clean, comfortable beds and the staff were really helpful. They even made us a takeout breakfast when we went out early to explore. Couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommend

Lovely comfortable quiet hotel near cansls

This hotel is a beautiful gem in Cannaregio. The hotel is very comfortable and quiet. Amazing beds and a quiet room. The breakfast is delicious. Lots of choice and fresh options available. Great location , 20 mins or so to San Marco Piazza. Many local restaurants and bars on the local canals

Good value in Canareggio

My only complaint: the room featured a small internal courtyard-facing window which delivered very little natural light. Despite this, the price was fair, and I would stay again. The location is very close to the first vaporetto stop for the airport which is a big plus. The room was ample in size.

Lovely small hotel situated in a quiet residential courtyard, only one street away from the main shopping street but a million miles away in terms of peace and quiet. The staff were exceptionally good, friendly and helpful with excellent local knowledge and advice. The room was beautiful and the bed really comfortable, we slept so well. The street directly outside has a really good selection of restaurants, bars and a great takeaway pizza spot and there’s a lovely Spar in a converted theatre minutes away where we bought fresh croissants for breakfast. We would highly recommend this hotel especially if you like a peaceful place to stay that’s also close enough to all the shops and restaurants.

Great View out to Canal

Really enjoyed this hotel. Great location, 10 min walk to station and bus station. Lots of shops and food places around two great pizza places within 2 min walk. A very cheap supermarket in the alley next door. Room spacious and clean, hot water, great view to canal. Fridge and safe and bottle of bubbly in room. Staff friendly and helpful, map given on arrival. 20 min walk to main square. TV had several english movie channels which was a bonus and great WiFi. Would definitely return. Area is safe and quite tucked away in a courtyard and you can enter with a code.

The staff are lovely and helpful. The hotel is generally nice. The only issue we had was the air conditioner wasn't particularly effective. The lowest temperature it got the room to was 26 degrees despite being on for several hours. A little too warm for our comfort.

A very well located hotel, friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean and well presented. The hotel is in a quiet area of Venice situated down in a small courtyard off the side canals. Well located in the area for traditional Venetian/local food and wine, positioned conveniently from all of the highlights of Venice, no more than 15/20 minute walk to the Grand Canal and St Mark's Square and the Rialto bridge. If staying i would recommend asking for a room as far from the main door as possible, our only let down was to have the closest to the main door to hotel, therefore a continual buzzing and banging in and out of guests at all hours, let the stay down in a minor way, i wouldn't hesitate in booking again but would bare this in mind when booking. Otherwise well worth the stay, visit, cost of the room are all worth it. A lovely stay
