Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Hôtel décevant.
Une seule hôtesse d’accueil parlant le Français. Aucun autre n’est bilingue, personne ne comprend l’anglais pourtant langue importante.
Hôtel 4 étoiles, avec un self identique à chaque repas. Même petit déjeuner sur un séjour d’une semaine. Déjeuner et dîner très décevant. Chambre propre, mais mobilier ancien, accompagné d’une télé cathodique. Matelas taché, draps tachés. Chambre 2 personnes mais une seule chaise sur la terrasse. La réservation affichée « vue sur le parc » nous le cherchons encore!!
Robinetterie de la salle de bain hs, rideau de douche qui ne tient pas. Prise électrique qui ne fonctionne pas.
Acenseur en panne plusieurs fois par jour.
Salle de sport très limitée, appareils en très mauvais états.
Hôtel localisé sur Varna, mais quand vous arrivez sur place il se trouve sur une commune à 14km.
Enseigne éteinte la nuit, donc compliqué pour une arrivée à 2h du matin.
L’hôtel propose des massages, mais il y a qu’un masseur donc pour les moments en couple on repassera..!
Points positifs, accueil de l’hotel 24/24. Assiette d’assortiment à votre arrivée tardive. Et montée des bagages par le personnel jusqu’à la chambre.
