Se puede recomendar

Todo bien, personal muy amable, todo muy limpio, tranquilo. Cercano a muchos lugares de interés y restaurantes. Hay estacionamiento, pero reducido, es necesario dejar llaves para acomodar autos. El desayuno bueno, hay de todo un poco. Sugiero poner un vaso y un espejo en la habitación.

Lo mejor la atención de Jorge, la vista sobre Valparaíso, la casa misma y la cercanía al Cerro Alegre y la plaza Bismark. Falta más agua en la ducha y hay mucha escala que subir y bajar.

Receptionists were friendly and accomodating. View from our room window was beautiful. However, toilet seat was falling apart, very little toilet paper, towels were so old.

Nice hotel, excelent service. at the top of Cerro Alegre don Claudio received us and accomodate us in a very nice room, very clean with a superb view of Valparaiso. Breakfast is very good youalmost feel at home with a good variety of choices.

The staff and owner of Sutherland House could not have been nicer or more accommodating to us (a party of six). They gave us directions & maps, recommended good restaurants, and gave us the number for a reliable taxi driver. Lovely small boutique hotel.

Gran vista desde las habitaciones

Buena relación precio/calidad. Hotel bien ubicado, personal amable y con estacionamiento. Lo mejor es la vista, grandes ventanales a la bahía. El hotel es una casa antigua, bien conservada pero con piezas algo pequeñas y el entorno es un poco ruidoso. Una buena alternativa para conocer el Cerro Alegre y disfrutar los restaurantes de la zona.

Caarmed in Valparisio

Terrific spot. Great views. Friendly accommodating staff and owner. Some English. Nice breakfast. Rooms small but we had a huge balcony. Just know, that like all Valparisio, there are stairs to climb. Walking distance to great restaurants and convenient bus service to other areas. Bus stops right in front of the hotel.

Ideal for a short stay in Valparaiso

Ideal location with lovely views and big rooms. Very good and friendly personal service and excellent breakfast. If you have a car also has useful private parking a big plus in Valparaiso.

Un agrado de hotel para estadía de fin de semana

Estupendo hotel, atención muy personalizada, vista increible a Valparaiso y su bahia, datos de restaurantes y reservas que nos hicieron fueron perfectas. Hay movilización "a la puerta" en caso de no querer caminar o de querer ir a Viña a pasear y no ir en auto propio. Muy tranquilo para dormir en la noche.

Valpasuperbraiso - en unik upplevelse. Boendet på Sutherland House var perfekt och sannolikt ett av de bättre ställena man kan finna till en billig peng i området. Suverän utsikt och lagom utmanande promenader genom de färgsprakande kvarteren till och från hotellet. Servicen var perfekt och frukosten superb. Sängarna jättesköna. Wifi sviktade på rummet på andra våning, men i lobbyn var det klanderfritt.
