Nice staff, but needs some upgrades

Bir Dem Urla is a beautiful spot with good staff. But unfortunately there are a few things lacking to making it great. The first is the toilet situation, it's understandable when old plumbing doesn't facilitate the flushing of toilet paper but when the bidet is broken on both the toilet in our room and the public toilet, it leads to a very smelly situation. In this case they should prioritize the repair of the toilets and the garbage should be changed daily to stop the whole bathroom smelling like feces. Upon arrival our garbage hadn't been changed from the previous tenants so it wasn't very nice to open the bathroom door. Next, the bees/wasps. The pool is gorgeous but surrounding the pool there's got to be a hive/nest somewhere very close. Travelling with a partner and child who are allergic to bees meant we basically didn't swim or hang out by the pool during our stay. Then there's the lack of storage in the rooms, this one is kinda picky but the rooms aren't that large to not have a dresser. We had a rod to hang stuff up but there was only three hangers. I don't find having to put my luggage on the bed every time I need to get something out all that convenient or relaxing. Overall, with some upgrades to the facility, I'd stay here again. But as it sits right now I would look for other places around Urla or go out towards Cesme.

Amazing Bir Dem

We initially planned to stay at Bir Dem for a few days but ended up extending it because we simply could not check out. It provided us with a combination of comfort of a premium boutique hotel and the friendliness of a home. They provide with guidance about the area and help you with bookings too. Great wine selection to choose from is a bonus.

Gerçekten rüya gibi bir tatil oldu. Herkes çok ama çok güler yüzlü candan. Odamız çok büyüktü, minik köpeğimiz de olduğu için odada koltuk olması harika oldu, yatak çok rahattı, banyo da aynı şekilde çok genişti. Odamızı açar açmaz karşımızda yemyeşil zeytin ağaçlarını görmek, kuş sesleriyle uyanmak, akşamları havuz kenarında güzel bir kahve içip su sesiyle kitap okumak ve ağaçları izlemek ruhumuzu yeniledi. En güzel yanlarından biri de merkeze sadece iki dakika uzaklıkta olup bu kadar doğa içinde olması. Tüm ekibe çok teşekkür ederiz. Ayrıca köpeğimiz Ramo Birdem’in köpeği tatlı Feride’yle çok iyi anlaştığı için onun da tatili çok güzel geçmiş oldu. Ramo ve Feride mutlaka en kısa zamanda yeniden kavuşacaklar :)

Huzur dolu bir dem urla

Bir dem urla’ yı tercih sebebimiz öncelikle doğanın içinde olması sebebiyleydi. Üç yaşındaki oğlumuz bahçesinde çok güzel vakit geçirdi. Otelin peyzajı huzur veriyordu. Kaldığımız oda bağ evi diye geçiyor temiz bir odaydı. Personeller çok güler yüzlüydü bizleri çok güzel ağırladılar. Otelin köpeği tatlı Ferideyi hiç unutmayacağız. Bir dahaki tatilimizde yine tercih ederiz.

Urla’da konaklama için tercih ettiğimiz Bir Dem Urla’dan çok memnun kaldık. Sabah kahvaltıları oldukça iyiydi. Lezzetli ve yeterli ölçüde sunumları ile güne çok güzel başlıyorsunuz. Otelde çalışan tüm ekip üyeleri çok nazik, kibarlardı. İletişimleri oldukça iyi ve her konuda yardımcı oldular. Eğer Urla’ya tekrar gelecek olursam hiç düşünmeden kalabileceğim bir lokasyon. İşletme sahiplerinede çok teşekkür ederiz. Çok güzel ağırlandık ve mutlu ayrıldık :)

ASLA TAVSİYE ETMİYORUM

Her sene 2 kez alaçatı butik otellerinde eşimle konaklama yapıyoruz. Bu sene farklılık olması için Urla düşündük fakat maalesef pişman olduk. Bu fiyata ya da daha uygun fiyata konaklama yaptığım diğer tüm otellerden çok daha iyi hizmet aldım. Uzun süredir yaşadığım en kötü konaklama deneyimiydi. İnstagramda rastlayıp farklı bir deneyim olacağını düşündüm fakat maalesef reklam çekimleriyle alakası olmayan bir tesis. Evet belki “çevre dostu” fakat bu tesisin antihijyenik olmasını gerektirmiyor. Havuz çevresi ve havuz oldukça kirli. Hiç içimize sinmeyerek havuza 1 kez girebildik. Gece geç saatlerde 23.00 sularında odaya girdik. Klima açıktı ve tesis çok rüzgarlıydı. İlerleyen saatlerde üşüdük fakat klima kumanda ile de manuel de kapanmadı. Gece boyunca üşüyerek uyumaya çalıştık.Ertesi sabah klima durumu soruldu, aynı dedik.uzun süre aksiyon alınmadı Elk.ciler gelecek dendi. Kalemle kapatmayı deneyin dendi.o şekilde kapadık. Öğleden sonra elkciler gelecek dendi gelip gittiler. Böyle idare edin dendi.kahvaltı ettik kahvaltı aşırı aşırı zayıf. Sıcak sadece çay var idi. Kahvaltı bittikten sonra görevli yumurtayı nasıl alırsınız diye sordu. Teşekkür ettik. Menüde yazan içecekler barda yok. Mutfak görevlisi orada değilmiş, gecici görevlinin yapabildiği şeyleri tüketmek durumundaydık. İstediğim içecek olmadığı için ıce latte talep ettim, süt yok imiş americano içtik.oda içi hijyenik değil,çarşaflarda tüyler vardı.duvarlarda sinek ölüleri ve kirler mevcut,banyo kokuyor.

Otelin konumu cok iyi karsiyakadan tam 1 saat. Calisanlar cok samimi ve ilgililer. Ortam sessiz sakin kus böcek sesleri sadece. Meyve agaclarindan meyveleri toplayip yiyebiliyorsunuz. Evcil hayvan kabul etmesi bizim için büyük bir avantaj oldu, golden cinsi kopegimiz doyasiya kosup eglendi bahcenin tadini cikardi serbest bir sekilde. Havuzu biraz ufak ama yeterli ve temiz. Yemekleri çok lezzetli ve fiyatlari da uygun. Aksamlari bir şişe şarap ile havuz kenarinin keyfini cikarabilirsiniz. Bira icmek isteyenler icinde civi gibi biralar herzaman hazır :) çok beğendik ve tekrar tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Leider entsprechen die Bilder nicht der Wirklichkeit. Der Pool war umgeben von unzähligen Bienen. Es gab auch kein Sonnenschirm am Pool, welches hätte Schutz bieten können. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker. Aus dem Bad kam ein unerträglicher Gestank. Unter dem Bett war es wirklich unglaublich staubig. Strand 40 Fahrtminuten entfernt. Verbindung zu Urla nur mit Taxi und Taxi in Urla, wie festgestellt, Mangelware. Der Inhaber und die übrigen Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett, aber weit entfernt von Professionalität. Der Pool ist sehr nett anzusehen.

Çift olarak konaklama şansımız oldu. Biz deluxe odada konakladık. Gerçekten kendi evimizdeymiş gibi rahat ve huzurlu hissettik. Odadaki yatak konforlu, tuvaletleri temiz ve yeniydi. Bahçesinde oturmak, vakit geçirmek gerçekten çok keyifliydi
