"Friendly team, was able to check in when arrived an hour early which was very helpful woth 2 kids. Room was spacious enough. Location was great, right in central wellington and 2 min walk to the cable car."

"Great hotel...convenient location, clean and well-appointed room. I checked in and checked out on-line, so my interactions with staff were minimal. My only disappointment was the hotel does not offer 24 hour room service. I arrived at 10pm and the restaurant was already closed. For a hotel literally based at the airport, with a 24 hour check-in, it would be good to have a small selection of food available at all times."
