Comfortable hotel, dinner included but only one choice if you choose that otherwise 15% off normal menu. Hairdryer and fan worked intermittently. Staff friendly, good safe location.

Really realy bad service

Hotel room is good. Personell service was the worst I have ever seen from any service personell. The people at the breakfast the 9& 11 of juli was more interested in speaking with each other that doing there job, to make sure they filled up on empty breakfast and removed dished from empty tables. Reception was also not interested in the customer. I'm in Umea regularly but will never stay at this hogel acain

The hotel is close the train station and downtown, the hotel is not brand new but room is clean, My stay includes the breakfast and dinner, it's a very good price. Very friendly staffs as well.

Rummet var bra. Sängen var skön, Toalett och dusch var kanonfint. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående. Det som tar ned betyget är att man inte kunde beställa eller få annan mat en den som var som middag den kvällen. Samt att portionerna var lite väl små.
