Rooms are priced reasonable. My room was clean and comfortable and quiet and spacious. Plenty of party even for trucks w/ trailers. Confused though, as brochure and website say they offer breakfast and have a nice place for it but note at front desk in big letters NOT OFFERING BREAKFAST. Also brochure and website say check out is 11:00am but note at front desk say's CHECK OUT IS 10:00am Otherwise I would stay again if in the area.

The hotel is amazing for its price. The room seemed very clean, and looks like its had work done to it so it looks really nice. Owners seem great with customers. Would come back here again

This place is by far the best I've stayed. Cheap prices, wonderful owners, clean rooms, quiet, and safe. The owners said that they recently purchased the property and are working on improving it. I was glad to hear they're doing well because ill be back again!

I came to Ulysses for work and I tried to search for a good hotel with affordable prices. The owners are really nice and the prices are great for business travel. The wifi is fast and reliable and most important rooms are very clean. I'm also a very light sleeper and quiet, which is a good thing for me.

The place was dirty , trash laying at the back door . Remote control to the tv did not work . We went up to eat and they had run out of food .. The smoke alarm was hanging out of the wall by the wires . The towel rack was hanging off of the wall . I would not stay there again .

There was no one around except when we first got there, after that I saw no one. Had to just leave the key on the counter. There was no coffee anywhere, no breakfast...it was dark in the eating area. The towels where like towels you use to clean with... grayish and very thin. The floors had not been swept. There was no heat

It's a "no-frills" motel that meets the needs

I booked this motel because it was affordable. It's no-frills, but when frills aren't necessary, it's a good place. The clerk who checked me in wasn't a conversationalist, but he knew his work and I was checked in with minimal time. Room impressions: I walked in and it didn't have any musty or stagnant smell. I could hear the neighbor's tv through the wall (surprised?) but turning on the a/c took care of that. The a/c also didn't have an "unused" smell - nothing. Bed was comfortable (for me). It was roomy, just like the photos show. Recliner fit me well and made reading comfortable (with a light beside it). Everything was clean. Didn't think I'd need the iron and ironing board, but I was wrong and it was handy to have. There were a number of "little things" but they were so little I have forgotten most of them just over a day later. (one example: curtains hard to open - had to take them by the fabric and pull; one side didn't have sheers)

This place is by far the most broke down , gross place I have ever stayed. Hotels .com should be ashamed listing them . Their name is no longer OYO.

The sign outside stated that breakfast and hbo tv was included. But in the room we found there was only 1 channel which was fox news and no breakfast was made available. When i inquired at the front about these the response was " talk to a lawyer " i would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel.
