レストランは研修中？の女性が、動き、声かけ、気付きが抜群に良かった。男性陣がもっと全体に目を向けないと研修中の女性の動きがよいだけに負荷がかかりすぎてると思う。ドリンクオーダーもテーブルにベルもないしわざわざ注文を伝えにレジまで行く有様。 夜のコンサート企画は素晴らしい演奏で聴き応えがありました。

　ここのビュッフェの料理は、大変丁寧に作られて味もとても良いです。感心したのは、汁物の具材になっている小玉コンニャクですが、ここの調理は半分に切られてお箸でもつかみやすくなっていました。手間のかかる下ごしらえですが、とても嬉しいサービスでした。

過ごしやすいホテル

夕飯も美味しくて、こまめに追加してくれるし、朝食もご飯のお供がたくさんで、食べ過ぎてしまいました。 部屋の乾燥は、加湿器を使っても、手強かったです。

Hotels.comを通じて予約しましたが、ﾎﾃﾙのﾌﾛﾝﾄで「夕食無しの予約」と言われました。温泉宿に行くに当たり、夕食無しはありえないと思ったのですが、貴社の明細に詳細記載が有りません。申し込み内容を確認したかったが、調べる術が有りませんでした。 追加夕食代は＠￥5,700.-でﾊﾞｲｷﾝｸﾞ式。この価格には到底納得できませんでしたが、食べるしかありません。（あまりにもお粗末なﾊﾞｲｷﾝｸﾞ式でした） 貴社の手続き内容を再度確認したいです。 この対応次第ではﾂｲｯﾀｰで全国に知らせたい気分です。
