Aterrorizadora.
Reservado, chegando ao local as 23:00 hs , para a nossa surpresa o Hotel não confirmou a reserva.
A recepcionista foi localizada dormindo 30 minutos depois da chegada e falou que não poderia fazer nada.
Nem ao menos tentou procurar uma outra opção... mesmo mostrando a confirmaç ão da reserva.
Nunca pensem em ir a este local... correm o risco de dormir no carro.
Tive que voltar 20 KM para arrumar um local em Itaguá.
Decepcionante é pouco......
