The staff were friendly and excellent. The hotel was also very clean. The room was nice but there was a leak from the shower that meant water went under the flooring and made it spongy after use. Finally, I think the carpet had more 'give' in it than the matress on the bed. It was too firm!

However, there were long hairs on the floor and in the bathtub, but that’s secondary compared to the impeccable quality of service. The breakfast was varied and generous.
