Thank you Casa Phoenix for this amazing experience. This hotel is located on the best beach inside the natural reserve. The service and the food was amazing. Can’t wait to be back next summer!

Easy going - happy vibes

Great for easy going travellers. Many things to like and some not so much. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. Water cut-off a couple of times, ran out of food and wine in the restaurants. Easy to fix the issues. I like it.

The place is magical. It is located in the raw un-touched part of Tulum. INSIDE the Sian Kaan natural reserve. Small restaurant with a bar and a beautiful beach with sun-beds. At night its just a bliss hearing the waves and watching the stars. I really recommend this property as to something different and special in Tulum.

Nydelig lite hotell på stranden lengst sør på Tulum beach, i naturreservatet. Trenger ikke sko, går i sanden. 7 små hytter, 14 sengeplasser. Veldig koselig. Stille og rolig.

L’Hôtel est idéalement situé dans la réserve de Sian Kaan, avec son accès privé à la plage paradisiaque, les réveils sont magiques. Les chambres sont bien aménagées tout en respectant l’écosystème. Enfin, on a adoré la disponibilité et la sympathie de Lucas toujours présent à la moindre demande / question
