there is no property at this location it is a bar, the ad was a fraud when we showed up there was no hotel when we called the hotel they never answered me when I asked the people at the bar they said it happens all the time the last two weeks

Tiempo de espera largo

En recepción no hubo nadie fuimos y volvimos tres veces durante cuatro horas hasta que tuvimos suerte de encontrarlo. El hotel es muy bonito y cómodo. El desayuno fue pan blanco con mermelada, papaya y fruta. El encargado dijo que podíamos dejar el carro sobre la avenida, pero a las 2 de la mañana la grúa de tránsito nos despertó para llevarnoslo

Casa Kopal debe cambiar mucho

Casa Kopal está un hotel abandonado, lo siento. Para el check-in no había nadie y tuvimos que esperar allí solitos por más de 1 hora que alguien llegasse. Internet está mala, malísima. Limpieza muy más o menos. Uno día, llegamos de la playa, el quarto no había sido limpio ni arreglado. Reclamamos y dicieron que no había personas para hacerlo. El desayuno super básico y, terminado el pan un dia, por ejemplo, no hay pan en el día siguiente. Suerte que la sandía está grande así tenía esta única fruta todos los días. Atención también que a veces falta agua ... No sufrimos esta falta porque llamaron camión pipa. Suerte nuestra también que el aire condicionado solo se rompió en el último día nuestro de experiencia Casa Kopal. Cosas positivas del lugar é la simpatia de Mary, la hermosa ubicación y el claro potencial del lugar. Esperanza!

Zo mooi de foto’s eruit zien, zo slecht het is we hebben nog nooit zo beroerd “hotel” gehad. Een douche waar alleen 3 druppels koud water uit valt want warm water was er ook niet, een wc zonder bril want die was al afgebroken maanden lang, schimmel door de gehele kamer en badkamer, beestjes over je bed en nachtkastjes en muren. Over hygiene gesproken geen 1x kwamen ze de kamer verzorgen geen schone handdoeken of schoonmaak, wc papier was er ook niet. Er stond dat het inclusief ontbijt was helaas geen ontbijt gezien, ook was er alleen snachts iemand aanwezig overdag was er niemand. Dan de nachtelijke herrie je kan hier totaal niet slapen, ja vanaf 5uur snachts als alle clubs en kroegen dicht gaan maar je word al snel wakker van de herrie rond 7uur ochtends aangezien dan alles weer open gaat en het allemaal weer overnieuw begint! Helaas doet t hotel of ze t allemaal niet snappen ook als je het in t spaans laat vertalen en expedia doet er ook totaal niks aan laat je gewoon aan je lot over! Zeer slechte zaak van beide kanten laten we nog maar niet over de prive transfer beginnen want die komt gewoon niet opdagen na afgesproken tijd en zorgt ervoor dat je een andere taxi moet nemen a €200 aan extra taxi kosten bovenop de €120 die we al betaald hadden. We zijn t helemaal beu zijn totaal niet uitgerust hebben 5 dagen alleen maar stress en zorgen gehad van deze reis! Een toren hoge rekening van al t gebel naar expedia en transfer bedrijf.

Horrible experience. Property is still under preparation and the amenities are not what says on website. No hot water for shower. Breakfast was not good at all. Bread , butter and jam and most of them were moldy. I wouldn't suggest the place at all. Very noisy and surrounded by pubs, so music was loud and rooms were not noise proof.

Not even a bar of soap. When I arrived, I was told I had no reservation. The woman didn't speak English so she wouldn't speak to the Expedia representative. It was late and I was tired, so this was very upsetting. Then she messaged the manager, I guess and I was told I could stay the night and pay tomorrow. I had already paid. It said espresso machine in room. NO. There was a water heater but no instant coffee, or anything. It says free bottle water. I was told "NO". And offers breakfast, I was told "NO." I complained and the next day I received a Mr. Coffee type maker and 4 packs of instant coffee and a PARTIALLY USED bottle of water. I stayed 7 days. At NO time did they clean the room, or make the bed. I had to go ask for clean towels and empty my trash can--this is a place where you have to put your toilet paper in the trash can...It had a safe but they couldn't find the key to it. I came back one evening and the outer gate was locked. It had not previously been locked and I had not been told of a code. I was lucky that someone in the restaurant downstairs knew it. I rarely could find anyone at the reception desk. This hotel is terribly misrepresented and very overpriced for their total lack of service. The bed was very comfortable, and the area was great, as long as you are good with noise. Street food, restaurants and bars, live music.

It's ok place , but they gotta do something with weird smell coming from renovation or something like this. Also not a cons , but be aware this lodging is located in very busy (read 'noisy') street, so get ready to enjoy night life vibes in your room as much as people outside.

Nous avions réservé deux chambres au même prix. L'une était spacieuse et confortable. L'autre petite et sans fenêtre. Le prix n'était pas justifié pour celle-ci. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas varié, pas de jus de fruit, très basique. À améliorer grandement. La situation géographique dans Tulum est parfaite. Stationnement dans la rue.

Casa Kopal: un sueño!

Casa Kopal es un hermoso lugar donde poder hospedarse. Las instalaciones son de primera, la cama comodísima, la gente muy amable y tratan de ayudarte en todo. El desayuno rico, muy completo. Está ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, por lo tanto es fácil el desplazamiento para todos lados.
