No te quedes en este hotel !!

Hice una reservación en el Hotel con un mes y medio de anticipación. Misma que me aceptaron y confirmaron. Llegando al hotel el día de mi reserva, resultó que el hotel había decidido cancelarla dos días antes, bajo el supuesto que mi tarjeta no había sido aceptada. Lo cual no fue verdad, ya que me hicieron el cargo. Y nunca me notificaron de este suceso, ni el hotel ni la plataforma de Hoteles.com. Encima de todo fue por medio de una llamada telefónica que me enteré, porque no hay front desk ni nada por el estilo. tuve que buscar hotel de último momento muy caro. No te pongas en peligro de que el hotel te genere un problema. Mejor busca otras opciones.
