The staff was amazing! Each day you were greeted with a big smile and told to enjoy your day! Each night you were greeted with an even bigger smile and wanted to know about all your adventures. Rooms were very clean and comfortable! We are sad to leave as we met so many people at the hotel (staff) and around the town that became like family! Shedding a little tear as we drive to the airport, it’s not goodbye it’s see you later ❤️

The entire staff was outstanding, welcoming, friendly and professional! Our room was spacious and clean. We had an issue with noise in the early hours (2-3AM) but the staff was on top of it quickly

The hotel was beautiful with the rooms built in a square around a dense jungle garden. There were two lovely pools - one in the garden and one on the rooftop. We had a beautiful contemporary room, well in fact a suite with two bedrooms and lounge/diner thanks to our VIP upgrade. The staff were very professional and helpful. We can’t comment on the restaurants as we didn’t use them. We were delighted with our stay.

I had a lovely time at this hotel. The staff & customer service were exceptional - thanks especially to Johnny & Ivy & the cleaning staff. I started in a jungle room and found it quiet, dark, and cool. I later switched to a rooftop room which was super sunny and hot. Both rooms were great, it just depends what you're looking for. My preference was the rooftop.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Tulum. Such a beautiful hotel and kind staff. The location is really nice for a calm scene. Ivy, Max and Claudio always greeted us with a smile and helped us with any accommodations. I booked the room with the private pool and was so happy I did. The pools they have are also very nice but the private pool was a nice amenity to have.

And service is missing for exemple we needed water middle of the night they make you go to the reception to pay it instantly. Wasn’t too pleased with the stay overall. My room was huge, cleaned to perfection every day, the private pool was good for an evening dip, and a massage at the spa relaxed and refreshed my body each day. And all the staff, especially the front desk staff were welcoming knowledgeable and helpful when I need anything.

This hotel is stunning. The rooms with private pools are very spacious and well maintained and clean by the staff. The front desk staff are exceptional in their knowledge of Tulum and tourism service providers, in fact one of their recommendations led to three amazing days of cenote diving for me with a private guide which was followed each day by a massage from an excellent masseuse. And I also particularly appreciated their recommendation to look at the stunning sunsets.
