Cement walls where you can hear everything in the next room. Sheets that are very old and stained. Bathroom doors don’t close. Broken security latch on main door. TV wasn’t working but they replaced it quickly.
Overall this family owned business was responsive to my needs. And they seem nice. But the place is a disaster. I’m a pretty tolerant traveler, but they need to work on the rooms and GET SOME NEW SHEETS
the room was dirty and they had roaches towels were not clean carpet was so dirty had to keep my shoes on just to walk around in the room had to wait outside in the cold while waiting to get in my room doing check in
Worst motel ever! I called ahead of time to see if there was a deposit of any kind at check in and I was first told two different amounts and then told there was no deposit. I paid online and I only picked that hotel in spite of how crappy it was because there was no deposit. I drove 6 hours and when I go to check in I was told I had to pay $75 for a deposit. When I said that I was told there was no deposit I was called a liar and after I showed him my phone and my call log of the 2 minutes long phone call to the hotel he got mad and said I had to of faked it and still called me a liar. I have yet to get a refund on my $100 charge for a nasty hotel that smelled like intense body order.

Didn’t like how there are roaches in the room and quality of TV sucks
This was a terrible place to stay. It was not in a very good section of the city. The carpet was filthy. The bathroom was so small you could barely use the toilet without knocking your knees on the door or falling into the bathtub. I didn't feel comfortable enough to take a shower.
The MOTEL was in not what the picture looks like. We knocked and rang the bell no answer so we moved on to another hotel. We did not stay there. It looked like a scary place like in the movies Bates Motel.
There wasn't a whole lot of nice things to say about this place. Granted...it was only $45.00 on a weeknight but that was the only good thing about it. I know I can't expect much for $45.00 but they really could've done more, much more. There were several "shady" characters staying there and visiting guests.
I don't recommend this place at all!!! There's much more I can write but just don't have time right now.
Hotel was clean found no problems next to Interstate a little bit of Highway noise but not objectionable this is a budget hotel but I had no problems while I stayed here everything worked everything was clean

When I got to my room, the door was held open by a trash can. The weather was around 35/40 degrees with a wind chill factor when I got there, so it took a little while to warm the room up.
The room was nice, but when you left to go somewhere, the door did not lock. I went to see Beauty & The Beast at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center and when I returned back to my room, Room 109, the door was almost ajar. It did not lock. Fortunately, no one came in and stole anything. I had left my laptop and a few other items that would have been of value to me.
The staff was very friendly and the location and rate were good, but because of the door not closing when you left, I will not stay here again.
When you were inside the motel room, you were safe because of the deadbolt and the safety lock.
