Newly renovated holiday home in Tulfes, quietly located with stunning views of the Inn Valley and the surrounding mountains – just 300m from the ski slopes (Glungezer ski area)! The lovingly and modernly furnished house in Alpine style offers plenty of space for families or friends and extends over two floors. The entrance area provides ample space for storing ski boots and skis. The rooms are bright and comfortably furnished, and the amenities offer everything for a relaxing stay. A highlight is the large garden, a sunny terrace, and a cozy winter garden with lounge furniture – ideal for relaxing. The garden also features a garden shed where guests can safely store their bicycles. Wi-Fi, parking, and a garage are available. An ideal starting point for skiing, hiking, or excursions to Innsbruck.
Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests.

Das Haus ist neu renoviert und bietet im EG eine geräumige Küche mit Esstisch, ein Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und Couch sowie ein TV. Zusätzlich gibt es ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit einem Bett für eine Person und ein großes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette und ein Wintergarten. Im 1. OG befinden sich 2 große Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und großen TV und ein Kinderschlafzimmer mit einem Bett (wird angeblich noch mit einem Doppelstockbett ausgestattet). Zusätzlich ein großes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette. In beiden Bädern befindet sich eine Waschmaschine. Das Haus liegt an einem Hang und der Hauseingang befindet sich im Untergeschoß. Hier kann die Ski und Snowboardausrüstung abgestellt werden (Heizung für Boots) und man sollte hier auch gleich die normalen Schuhe ausziehen und Hausschuhe anziehen, dann bleibt die Wohnung schön sauber. Hausschuhe stehen bereit! Der Parkplatz und die Garage sind etwas eng. Ich musste die Seitenspiegel meines BMW X3 einklappen, um gefahrlos in die Garage zu kommen. Wenn jemand ein größeres Auto hat, wird es schwierig. Die Familie Giesswein ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie wohnen quasi direkt hinter und somit über dem Haus am selbem Hang. Die Glungezerbahn ist ganz in der Nähe. das Skigebiet ist ok, wir sind aber 2 mal ins Stubaital (Schlick2000 ) gefahren (ca. 30 km, ca. 35 Minuten Fahrzeit ) hier gibt es mehr Lifte und längere Abfahrten. Am ELFER gibt es eine Super Rodelbahn. Riesengaudi! Sehr zu empfehlen! Es gibt leider nur wenig Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Tulfes. Man muss nach Hall fahren für einen großen Supermarkt oder für ein Restaurant. Eine Shoppingtour in Innsbruck ist natürlich auch ein MUSS. Man sollte aber mal beim Tuxerbauer in Tulfes vorbeischauen, hier gibts tolle Spezialtäten. Wir werden wahrscheinlich wiederkommen, sobald sich die Gelegenheit ergibt.
