The location is excellent and access to many restaurants. One of the best things is the hotel buffet breakfast! The food is very delicious.The staff is friendly and hotel is clean. But the room is kind of small.

Very basic room that felt quite dark and dated. Our bedroom window faced out into the hotel so we had no natural light or a view. The bed was soft, which I quite like but only one pillow each wasn’t great for us. The breakfast was lovely and varied. There was a lovely and peaceful sitting area on the ground floor where I enjoyed reading whilst watching the snow outside.

The location was great, our family room and breakfast were good. However, when we first arrived at 8pm the hotel receptionist said they didn't have room for us as the system had overbooked. They sent us to their sister hotel nearby for one night. However, there was only one person on the reception who said they couldn't get our room ready until 11pm as they were short-staffed. So we went back to our original hotel and asked for two rooms for one night, instead of the family room we had booked. This was very stressful as it was very cold, late and we were tired from travelling. The receptionist was not very helpful, friendly or apologetic. It was a bad start to a trip we had been looking forward to for 10 months and was a birthday present.

The cleanest and nicest HOTEL IN TROMSO

The breakfast was the best I've ever had. There was a wide variety of food on the buffet, the hotel staff was extremely friendly, and the cleanliness was the highlight.
