My room was spacious and faced the street. My bed was comfortable, I had plenty of hot water for showers, and the buffet breakfast consisted of several and delicious Turkish dishes. The hotel is also a short walk to the beach.

Other than the location and staff, everything else was terrible. Our room had mould all over the shower ceiling, the odour was very strong, the room was old with very little amenities. The bedding was uncomfortable. The rooms look nothing like the advertisement. The breakfast was also under average. The staff did their best. I cancelled my second booking after a tour and I will not stay or recommend here to anyone looking to stay in a decent place.

I had booked a family room and paid in advance. When I wanted to check in at 8pm, the hotel mentioned that the family room is not available. Insted, they gave me 2 separate rooms in a different floor. The room AC was not working. When I asked the reception, they didn't take any action. I had to come down and reported again. There are no restaurants within a kilometer of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Overall, terrible experience.

Şehrin merkezinde çok temiz ve makul fiaytları olan bir otel. Terasta güzel bir manzara eşliğinde gayet geniş bir kahvaltı sunuyorlar. Personelleri çok ilgili, biz iki aile olarak konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık.

Wir haben uns bei der Zimmer Wahl von den Bildern der Unterkunft leiten lassen. Eigentlich sollten wir ein Doppelzimmer mit schöner Ausstattung bekommen. Das Zimmer was wir bekommen haben war zwar ein Doppelzimmer aber nicht das was wir gesehen haben. Am ersten Tag haben wir sogar ein ein Zimmer für drei Personen bekommen. Zwei Tage später und erst nachdem wir es angesprochen hatten haben wir unser eigentliches Zimmer bekommen. Das Hotel ist im Stadtzentrum.Man ist innerhalb von Minuten in der Einkaufsmeile. Ein Krankenhaus ist in 3 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Betten sind nach meinem Empfinden sehr ungemütlich. Ich persönlich hatte keinen guten Schlaf. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist kaputt gewesen. Trotz das man bescheid gegeben hat wurde es nicht instand gesetzt. Die Stadt Trabzon ist wunderbar aber das Hotel war leider eine Enttäuschung.

Fiyat performans ekseninde gayet iyi bir otel

Amacınız Trabzon'u gezerken konaklayacak bir yer ise burası uygun bir otel. Lokasyonu çok iyi. Odanın temizliği fena değildi, sıcak su ve duş iyiydi. Sabunlar daha iyi kokanlardan seçilebilirdi. Yataklar rahat, televizyon yayını kaliteliydi. Personel sürekli olarak çözüm odaklıydı. Sabah verilen açık büfe kahvaltı gayet yeterliydi. Kahvaltıyı terasta deniz manzaralı olarak yapabilmek de büyük bir artı. Kapalı otoparkın olması da aracıyla gelecekler için rahatlık sağlıyor çünkü otelin etrafında müsait durumda çok park yeri bulunmuyor. Tecrübe ettiğim tek negatif durum otelin cadde üzerinde olması ve bu nedenle sabah araba ve esnafların sesleriyle uyanıyor olmaktı. Her şey göz önünde bulundurulduğunda, fiyat performans ekseninde gayet iyi bir konaklama mekanı.

Annoying accommodation at cebeci grand hotel

I had to stay only the fourth night, the hotel started to call me since day one on my roaming no. claiming that they don't have room for me and they will transfer me to other hotel, their reason was covid infection in hotel. 3rd day they annoyed me again at 13:00 asking me to get back to their hotel again while i was in a trip. So i had to do next day. To be honest my accommodation was hectic because i had to pack my luggage twice.

Good Room but B/F was poor

Hotel location is good , near the old markets and Trabzon Meydan. First night we stayed at 6th floor one level below the Restaurant and it was very annoying in the early morning because we wakeup on sounds of chairs moving , but then we asked them to change the room and they do so and moved us to level 5 (Thanks to Hussain). Breakfast was below average although we paid for room+ Breakfast but we start having breakfast from outside. The room was clean with big window with sea view

Would Stay Again

I booked Cebeci Grand Otel as a last minute stay and ended up wanting to see so much more in the area I extended my stay directly with the hotel. I don't need much to be happy, but was very pleased with everyone. The car park is in the basement, and the room was great with a terrace and an angled view of the sea. I am working remotely and was very pleased with the WiFi in the hotel. The breakfast is standard for Covid times. The hotels is located at the bottom of the hill, but it makes for good exercise and very very close to the main areas. I would not recommend for the elderly as the hill can be steep, and not great in rainy weather. The staff has been friendly and I would stay here again and recommend it for travelers who like to spend the day out, and don't need a 5 star hotel.
