On more than one hectare of cleared land including a wooded part, family house dating from 1877 completely renovated in 2017. This house combines the charm of the old with the modern with its stone walls and exposed beams whose style is clean and contemporary.
Access by a few steps to a terrace restored in 2019, with garden furniture and parasol. At the same level enter the modern and fully equipped kitchen, following the large living room including the dining room with large country table and benches, the living room with comfortable sofa and armchairs, television. Two rooms with beds of 140 cm , a bathroom with Italian shower with a toilet plus an independent toilet. In the basement laundry with ironing equipment, washing machine, barbecue. Shelter for two vehicles. Baby equipment. Unfenced grounds. Beach at 500m. Shops nearby.

GĂźte haut de gamme, Ă©quipement complet et de qualitĂ©. RĂ©novation de cette habitation rĂ©alisĂ©e avec goĂ»t. Notre sĂ©jour de 2 semaines dĂ©but aoĂ»t, s’est dĂ©roulĂ© dans un grand confort malgrĂ© la canicule et des tempĂ©ratures extĂ©rieures de 35 Ă  42 degrĂ©s. La tempĂ©rature intĂ©rieur, avec une bonne gestion de l’ensoleillement, et les deux climatiseurs est restĂ©e Ă  22 Ă  24 degrĂ©s. GĂ©nial. Chaque jours nous nous fĂ©licitions d’avoir eut l’opportunitĂ© de rĂ©server ce gĂźte. De plus, l’emplacement gĂ©ographique offre de multiples possibilitĂ©s de dĂ©couvertes en tout genre. Je conseille sans restriction.

Si ce n'est l’accĂšs au wifi impossible , nous n'avons strictement rien Ă  dire en nĂ©gatif .Nous avons Ă©tĂ© Ă©blouis par l'endroit car le gite correspond complĂ©tement Ă  nos goĂ»ts ( la pierre apparente) .La magnifique vue sur St Cirq Lapopie ne gĂąche rien non plus .Nous recommandons sans aucun soucis

Vacances dans le Lot

Un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour Ă  Tour de Faure. La maison est idĂ©ale, trĂ©s bien situĂ©e pour profiter des alentours. Le cadre, l'accueil et les amĂ©nagements sont impeccable. Seul "trĂšs" petit bĂ©mol, la route passante, surtout la nuit. Mais je recommande tout de mĂȘme trĂšs volontiers cette location.

Maison trÚs bien située par rapport aux départs de visites possibles et aux commerçants de premiÚre nécessité. L'intérieur spacieux est d'un style épuré qui révÚle la patte d'un architecte, cerise sur le gùteau cette maison est super équipée. On sent la générosité des propriétaires . L'accueil est super sympathique avec boisson et petite douceur.La personne chargée de cet accueil est trÚs disponible. Vacances trÚs réussies. Merci

Excellent sĂ©jour dans le Lot Ă  proximitĂ© des centres d'intĂ©rĂȘt principaux dans la rĂ©gion

La maison est trĂšs agrĂ©able, dotĂ©e d'une terrasse confortable. Parfait pour trois Ă  quatre personnes. L'Ă©quipement est trĂšs complet. La maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e, il est possible de se baigner sur la plage Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied, de louer des canoĂ«s Ă  proximitĂ© et de visiter les principaux centres d'intĂ©rĂȘts du Lot et de l'Aveyron autour de Cahors, Figeac ou Villefranche de Rouergue. La route est un peu bruyante mais nous pouvions dormir avec les fenĂȘtres fermĂ©es et les chambres sont dotĂ©es d'une climatisation. La prĂ©sence d'un restaurant tout proche a ses avantages (ça dĂ©panne !) et ses inconvĂ©nients (parfois un peu bruyant). Un excellent sĂ©jour pour nous qui voulions visiter et profiter de la riviĂšre pour la baignade et la pĂȘche. C'Ă©tait idĂ©al !

Sublime rénovation en bordure de départementale trÚs passante

La maison est sublime, le soin apportĂ© Ă  sa rĂ©novation est indĂ©niable, la qualitĂ© des matĂ©riaux utilisĂ©s et de leur mise en Ɠuvre l'atteste. Il manque juste des doubles rideaux occultant et insonorisants dans les chambres. HĂ©las, 3 fois hĂ©las, la maison est en bordure de dĂ©partementale et est bruyante malgrĂ© la qualitĂ© du double vitrage. Le repos dans le jardin est impossible. J'ai manquĂ© de faire mes valises par deux fois. Restent la proximitĂ© de jolis sites Ă  visiter, les marchĂ©s de Tour de Faure et Cabrerets, Cajarc, St Cirq, Cahors, Montcuq, Castelnau Monratier, Figeac, la Capelle MĂ©rival, CeneviĂšres, Laroque Toirac ...

SĂ©jour au top !

Gite magnifique, spacieux et rĂ©novation de trĂšs bon goĂ»t ! L'emplacement est parfait, vue magnifique sur St Cirq Lapopie, Ă©picerie et bar/restaurant au pied de la propriĂ©tĂ© et plage Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied. Nous avons eu un temps magnifique. Seuls bĂ©mols, les guĂȘpes (trĂšs nombreuses cette annĂ©e hĂ©las) et le chemin d'accĂšs Ă  la propriĂ©tĂ© avec les motos (gravillons). Gite Ă  recommander trĂšs fortement.
