had a wonderful stay at the W Hotel Toronto. From the moment I arrived, the experience was elevated by the exceptional staff. The manager and front desk team — especially Ruben — were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The Living Room restaurant was another highlight. The food was excellent, and the service truly stood out. George and Cathy went above and beyond to make the dining experience memorable with their warmth and attentiveness. Convenient location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Clean room. Gym is great. It has lots of equipments just like a regular gym with water, towels, and sanitizing wipes. You can go to the subway via the underground without going outside. Dollarama, Shoppers Drug Mart, Eataly, Holt Renfew are all close by and they are accessible via the underground.

The staff was fantastic. Super efficient. Friendly. Probably the best service I have received checking into a hotel. Upon departure they held my luggage and shopping bags while I went out for breakfast, put my bags in the car and had my car ready upon departure. Best stay and I highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel.

The staff where extremely helpful, I needed a fridge and microwave oven and they provided them promptly.
