Huge shower, big TV, hooked up my Crave and put The Sopranos on. Easy check in, no key cards to keep track of, just 1 code for all the doors. Staff were friendly. Room was clean, bed was comfy. 2 minute walk to the Horseshoe. Can’t beat that. Lot of stairs though. There is one service elevator, but apparently it is only operational 8am - 8pm. (Sign posted on Elevator, did not ask anyone about it.)
The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Queen West, with ample public parking across the street. The security and customer service were excellent and 24 access to your room. The room was clean and cozy and very warm for the cold December night. The bathroom and shower were clean and everything worked well. The bed was immaculately white and clean and comfortable. I would definitely return. Thank you 😊
The room was everything we needed for a quick trip to Toronto. We checked in a half hour early with no problems. The staff was always on site in case we needed anything. I enjoyed that we had a code to get into the building easily, which made it feel safe and secure (three doors after hours: entry door, door to each floor and the room door all requiring the code). There were many places to eat around the hotel and it was a quick 20 minute walk to Scotiabank arena and union station. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toronto that doesn’t require parking and will be doing many activities. This hotel doesn’t require the extra cost for features that we don’t often use when visiting a hotel (I.e., the pool, breakfast area, etc). It was perfect for our purposes and would absolutely book again.
So glad The Beverley is back! Tho small - about the size of a modest Japanese hotel room - the bed is comfy, the bathroom is nicely-sized and pristine, and there's enough amenity to be overall relaxing and restful. For a brief downtown stay, this place is ideal. No elevator will be an issue when I'm less mobile, but it's okay at my current fitness level (which is "joe average").
Great. Room was tiny but all you need for an overnight stay in the core of the city.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was very clean! I would give my stay 5 stars but I bumped into the bed twice and couldn't get the water in the shower to warm up.

Location is good, but that’s about all I can say about this hotel. Rooms are super tiny and if I have to deal with one more housekeeping, staff waking us up before check out to clean the room I’m gonna lose my mind.

Disliked: Amenities
The bathroom was not clean, there was a used bar of soap in the shower with hair on it. The room was very worn.
Room was unvaccumed. That really is unacceptable. 4 flights of stairs, lift was not operating well. And the worse issue, zero hot water for my 5 am shower.
Loved being downtown though.
The area was good and I noticed lots of shops and restaurants nearby. I would recommend this hotel for single travellers and I found the room small. If I was travelling with another person we would have been severely cramped.

Awesome location, very sparse, no staff attending.
Would stay again
Great location, great to have good behaviour coffee and sandwich place downstairs. 24 hour staff was very responsive and room was nice size for one/two people.
