It was closed for renovations. We were NOT told by the hotel or by hotels.com We had to struggle to find another hotel No compensation.

front desk good service , breakfast staff bad service , asking for voucher even see us that we are in pajama , take a match and ask yourself who is going on -5 in pajama ti get breakfast except people who are already in hotel Breakfast is not breakfast get couple peaces of bread ( eggs and bacon or sausage you have to pay $11.99 per plate) and got a small fruit plate that is call breakfast for us , server telling my wife even on voucher is written 2 adults 2 kids telling o they are not kids if they are 12 and 10 years old , bad stuff on breakfast area , we put in garbage fruit plates cos they are old and some spoils second day we even did no afford to talk to them we just skip it so DO NOT COUNT BREAKFAST EXCEPT IF YOU PAY PER PLATE $11.99. Pool was closed and gym also closed , Except if we get voucher for 1 day we will stay in property other wise No .

The hotel is going major renovation. Dust all around. Building and material staff on corners. Elvator dusty. There is a solid sharp metal pieces attaced to beds side. My wife and me got hit by it. Very painfull. Bad experience.

The hotel is currently under construction, so if you take that into consideration, the hotel was alright for the quick/cheap overnight stay before our flight out of Pearson. Breakfast could have been better (small selection, no fridge to keep anything cold)

The only thing we liked was the price, we were not expecting the place to be under renovation and we thought we were going to be able to enjoy a pool only to find out the it was an outdoor pool. We should have been forwarned about the condition of the hotel. The breakfast was quite average, there was no fruit of any kind ? The toilet plugged both days we were there. Planes fly over the building constantly, very noisy and there was a knocking noise on the second night outside our hotel room at 3:00 am that woke us him and it went on for a longtime. Overall a very poor experience and if we knew the conditions of this hotel we would not have stayed there. I guess it's true what they say you get what you pay for, even at the reasonable price it was too high for what we got or didn't get.

Not impressed

Although the room was clean, the hotel was undergoing major renovations and halls were littered with electrical lights etc. If we had of known this when we booked, we would have chosen another hotel as we had children with us. Breakfast was good. Did not appreciate ongoing work in the halls at 8 a.m.

I got the room for a cheap rate, which was pretty good when you look at the price of similar hotels in the area for such a short notice. I was happy in that aspect only. The hotel was under renovation and everything seemed to be dilapidated condition. They will be under renovation till end of Feb 2020 as per the notice I saw in the elevator. Breakfast was standard, there is a waffle maker in the kitchen, which was pretty nice. No eggs, sausage etc, which made me give them a lower rating. Staff was very helpful as I needed additional time for check out. Overall, good hotel.
