The stay was negatively affected by a 6-to-8 hours power outage caused by the city's construction workers knocking out the nearby power line(s), which was, of course not the faults of owner/staff of this property. I like the relatively big refrigerator with a big top freezer. It did not like the lack of internet service. I admit I did not ask the front desk about it. Overall value = 4 out of 5 stars.

TV didn't work, wi-fi poor, toilet handle broke (could not flush) - overall a 2 out of 5 rating. The front desk agent was, however, very friendly and helpful. He even changed my room upon complaint about the tv.

Very nice budget motel. We were pleasantly surprised at the condition of the room and property. You get a lot of room for $83. The staff was efficient and courteous.

Turi in the front office was super helpful. I had to change rooms and this was also easily taken care of. This is a great place to stay in Tomball if you're looking. close to stores and coffee for the morning.

Safe, good price, but not perfect.

This was a convenient spot for us to stay while visiting some family. The hotel felt safe and was in a good location. The mattress was harder than I’m used to and had a body sized dip on one side of it. The only blanket was super thin and old, although it was so warm and muggy we didn’t need anything heavier I guess. The air conditioner couldn’t keep up with the humidity nor spread the cool air throughout the whole room, so it was difficult to really feel comfortable. A fan would have been helpful. The price we paid was cheap enough that I can’t complain too much as I value a sense of overall safety more than amenities, or perfect conditions.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at! Our room was gross, ac barely worked, we had to buy a fan it was so hot. The night manager was rude charging our friends who also stayed there in a different room$ 20 bucks for extra towels. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY P NE!!!

I liked that stores were close & in walking distance. The owners were friendly. What I didn’t like was in the room there was nothing to hang clothes on. The phone looked to be badly damaged. The tile in bathroom was cracked and broken pretty bad. There were a couple of holes in the bathroom big enough for mice. No coffee pot, ironing board or iron. The worst of all was I seen a few roaches in the dresser where my clothes were.
