Nice option outside Centro

We arrived in Valle de Bravo at the beginning of a holiday weekend, and unfortunately found out that our booking in Centro from another website was a fake listing. We were scrambling to find something that had 3 rooms available and hotel el arco was one of the only choices. We were disappointed to not be staying in Centro, but the hotel itself was very nice. The rooms were simple but comfortable. The shower was hot. The pool was lovely. The staff were friendly. The coffee and pan dulce in the morning was a nice touch to get us started for the day.

Un día antes me avisaron que ya no habia lugar en el hotel el arco y me mandaron a villas del arco lo cual deja mucho que desear,muy alto el precio para lo que es.

Reserva para que si no la respetan 😠

La verdad no tuve la oportunidad de hospedarme aquí, un día antes de hacer el check in me mandaron un correo para confirmar la reservación y dos horas más tarde me contactan diciendo que no podían respetar mi reservación pero que me ofrecían otro alojamiento 😠 que falta de profesionalismo, para que te hacen reservar si a la mera hora les vale.... muy mal 😵
