We have a good size room. Having a washer/dryer is a deciding factor for us. Being close to the Yamanote line is very convenient, easy to get around to all parts of Tokyo. Gotanda is a quiet neighborhood and offers a lots of nice restaurants.

It is the second time that I used Tokyu stay hotels. The are TINY, but honestly are super efficient and good prices. They have laundry/drying machines that makes everything easier. Gotanda location is so easy to take the train and move around. Love these hotels

Great option for a location if you plan on using the train line often. Bed was comfortable, washer/dryer duo was easy to use, the blow dryer is great! Do not need to bring most toiletries. 7/11 is just around the corner! You are in a bit a of a red light district on one side but the other is ++ business and the river is very pretty to walk around. Staff are also very excellent for helping! We got an early check in for an additional fee but was worth it.

In the beginning I was disappointed that the room was so small and nothing like the picture showed. But my friends told me that hotel rooms in Tokyo are relatively very small. In that case, as a small room, there are a comfortable bed on which I slept well, a desk with all sorts of information, a bathroom in which was quite well Organized, and a washing machine! It’s neat and clean. Location is good, Gotanda Station is right next to it. It’s convenient to go everywhere, Shinuya is only three stops away. But my room doesn’t have a view, which I am still disappointed.
As you can see, there is not much space between the bed to the window. The window can be opened with a limit.
This is so convenient. Wash-dry in one.
