Great location, clean and new rooms, best part of stay was location 1 minute walk to subway. Also staff speak English well so easy to communicate. Another perk is you can store luggage for free before and after check out.

Great location, walk to Mitsukoshi Ginza. The room is small but with many shelves. The room is clean. Bed, linen and pillows are comfortable. I had a good night sleep.

Clean. Close to everything. Staff were kind. It's kids friendly. They offer a cute kids set with kids sized slippers at check-in. Also appreciated the later checkout time (even though we weren't able to enjoy it). Would 100% stay here again.

Great hotel but with extremely small room

The hotel is very centrally located near lots of restaurants and shops. The staff is fantastic. My only concern is that in the room there was absolute minimum of space and almost no furniture to keep our belongings.
