I am very satisfied with the experience staying in PRESSO INN. Good location with many restaurants, mall and convenience stores. Near the main JR and MTR stations. Tiny room but with everything essential inside. You can also use microwave or washing machine in 10/F. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Good CP value if you are going a solo trip.

Only a 5 min walk from Ikebukuro station, really clean and comfortable room, wonderful staff and great breakfast! Super close to sooo many restaurants so finding a good meal is easy

Stayed for two nights while in Tokyo. Had all the amenities one could need. Center of TOSHIMA city which allowed for easy access to local restaurants and bars. Within 500m of the Ikebukuro station very accessible.

Front desk staff were super kind and helped with all of my questions effectively. The hotel is at a great location and has the metro/great food spots nearby. Would recommend for a solo traveler as there is great security, extra ammenities, and free locker storage on site.

I really liked that the hotel was walking distance from the station (12ish minutes). There were lots of places to visit for shopping or to eat. About the room itself it was very clean and comfy, but is very small. Overall the stay was great and a convenient place to stay at!

Excellent location. Excellent service. Room is spotless (even the carpet under the bed!). Friendly and helpful staff. There are coin laundry machines on the 5th and 10th floors. (Takes 100 yen coins only). Walking distance to train station. Yet very reasonable price.

This is the best location I’ve stayed in in Tokyo!!! EVERY PLACE was walkable. The hotel staff was super helpful and very polite. Very clean. It’s small but I made it work with two large suitcases and a rolling carry-on😆

It’s a nice property right on Ikebukuro however isn’t right in central Tokyo. If you’re a foreigner keep that in mind lots of train rides. The room was really small for 2 people but was clean. Thank you!!

Rock hard bed possibly room that smells

First room smells like body odor , next room a little jjst took it, bed was Asian rock hard but other japan hotels not like that !! Staff was great thou

Loved this place!

I wasn't expecting much when I booked this hotel, but I was blown away by my experience. I liked the eco-friendly card activated room feature. The bathroom was nicer than expected and the hotel not only had the usual products (shampoo, conditioner, soap), but also things like toothbrushes and toothpaste. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. There were vending machines in the hotel with the usual drinks (AND BEER). If we're ever going back to an area with a Presso Inn, we're definitely choosing it.

close to ikebukuro station /sunshine city mall / nearby Don quijote across the station. Staff were helpful transporting luggage. Pro 1. great location 2. staff are friendly and helpful . able to communicate in English with ease Cons 1. Lack of soundproof . I can easily hear people talking in the hallway and in the rooms nearby. 2. the washroom had a very bad smell. it was so bad even wearing mask you can smell it. I had to request a deep clean. Deep clean help a lot but every time flushing toilet there some weird smell. 3. they need to replace the pillow. flat pillow beads/polyester type. lack of very neck support 4. there only 2 laundry machine available. the other ones located in separate floor is unavailable due to construction. that means using the laundry machine at late night (12am)or early in the day
