This holiday home is located on a road between the villages of Tiszaszentimre (10 minutes by bike, supermarket) and Tiszaderz. The building was converted in 2010 from an old school into a luxury country house with swimming pool. The house is situated between farmlands and next to a farm with agriculture. Very suitable for, for example, two families (maximum 8 people).

There are three national parks in the area, the famous Puszta (30 minutes), Lake Tisza and the Bukk Mountains (1 hour). But Budapest is also easily accessible in a day trip (2 hours). Cycling, walking, fishing, visiting wine regions or going to a restaurant. Lake Tisza is a 15-minute drive away where you can sunbathe, swim or do water sports. A bike ride around the lake is 65 kilometers. Bicycles, canoes or motor boats can be rented. Nature lovers can visit or hatch bird breeding areas here.

The house is very suitable for people with their own boat, Lake Tisza is close by and a berth can be reserved at the luxury marina of Abadszalok. You can sail with boats on Lake Tisza, surfing, sailing, water skiing or wake boarding are also permitted.

For a fun day trip you can go to Eger, Debrecen or Budapest. The city of Eger is an hour's drive from Tiszaszentimre at the foot of the Bukk Mountains. Debrecen is not such a famous city, but it is the second largest city in Hungary with many historic buildings.

Budapest is a versatile city with many sights. In two hours you can walk in the shopping street of Budapest, great for a day trip.
