"Very disappointed on the shuttle bus service which is AWFUL!! Airport pickup: the bus driver was so rude and threw the luggages onto the bus. Airport drop-off: the bus driver disappeared at the last minute. We had already left a reservation for the shuttle service during lunch for mid-night drop-off to make sure we could arrive at the airport on time. However we still need to call Uber instead. When I were back home, I called and the customer service answered me that there were no guarantee for the shuttle bus!! Think twice If the shuttle service is your reason to choose Wingate by Wyndham Downtown Ship Creek!! "

"Was clean. Staff ok. No thermostat in room. Open window to cool. Note on wall to tell you this. Then you hear traffic. Coffee not working. Sink clogged. If all you need is a place to sleep this is it. "

There is no airport shuttle but it only takes about 15 minutes to get there via ride share. Buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day with a ton of variety and options. Rooms were very warm in the winter and often needed the circular fan that was included. "
