The description was on point! This was the perfect spot for my daughter and me to have a stay-cation for her UKY spring break while she tended to her horse!In all of my stays this place had EVERYTHING and when I needed just 1 egg Gwen provided that! Best kitchen with easy to find cooking/baking supplies... even had seasonings for my lasagna!My daughter loved the comfy living room furniture and ample TV entertainment options!The beds and showers were divine! Seriously, makes me want a sleep number bed at home!We had everything we needed for glorious firepit and s'mores while watching the most amazing sunset!The sunrises were amazing as well! Gwen welcomed my daughter who arrived before me and responded quickly to all our questions/needs! She even helped us finding a great place for a massage!I highly recommend Deva's Farm for a relaxing bluegrass getaway!

Our stay at Deva's Farm was excellent ... Gwen was VERY welcoming, warm & gracious ... Definitely WILL stay again should the need arise.The Barn is modern in style and everything was in good repair and working as it should ... We are an older couple (60's) with our mini schnauzer and it fit or wants & needs very nicely ... The TV had an array of programming fully available at no extra charge - which was a saver since the weather during our stay wasn't too hospitable.THANK YOU for the hospitality!

Weekend Getaway

Another great stay at Deva’s Farm. Great hospitality, property manager checks in to make sure everything is in order. Very great attention to detail, everything you need in one spot. If you are traveling with pets, they have everything you need. We have stayed here multiple times, and this is our favorite place to stay. We can’t wait to make another trip!

I got married at the farm next door and it was the perfect place to get ready and then have my wedding night after. Check in was super easy. This place is amazing! The barn is beautiful, you walk in and you can’t believe you’re in a barn. It has everything you could need and it was spotless. Family stay for wedding

Our whole family loved staying at the barn for a wedding in the area. The property is beautiful and the barn is immaculate and has everything you would need. Plenty of space for the kids to play outside. Gwen and her husband Mark were always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. They were welcoming and made us feel at home. Loved The Barn!

The barn was just perfect for our girls weekend getaway. Sunrises on the patio with coffee, sunsets around the fire pit with wine. This place is great for some solitude without having to drive hours away to find it. And if you’re not looking for solitude, entertainment options are not far away. The owner, Gwen, provides you with everything you would think you’d need. She’s got it all covered to make you feel right at home. Her hospitality can be felt in even the smallest details and her communication was impeccable. This was our 2nd stay here and we’d love to go back!

Beautiful Barn for Bridal Room and Honeymoon

My stay at Deva Barn was more than I could have hoped for. I stayed the first night with my bridal party and used the barn to be able to get ready for my wedding. The Barn was clean and had everything I could have needed. We enjoyed an evening around the fire pit watching the sunset, stars and the Starlink Satellite train. It was the perfect place to relax the night before my wedding. It was a beautiful place to get ready for my wedding. I had all of my pre-wedding pictures taken on the gorgeous property. Gwen (the hostess) was incredible to work with and she did everything she could to make my stay for my wedding as stress free as possible. I’m already trying to figure out when I can return for a longer stay!

Gwen is a delight and has outdone herself. This property is a must stay! It is very unique and so well thought out. I really appreciated her attention to detail since I had forgotten to bring a few things. My oldest son and I live far apart and had the opportunity to meet up and I knew instantly it was perfect for us to stay here. The drive to it was gorgeous and the property itself is really well taken care of. The kitchen was organized and so easy to cook in, which we loved. The beds were such a wonderful surprise as they are adjustable and boy did we appreciate that. Best sleep ever!! If you enjoy beautiful views, peace and quiet, all the amenities you could ever want, including pet friendly, STAY HERE! It will not disappoint. I can't wait to visit again and explore the beautiful area.

Bucket list trip

This was a very special trip for us and our stay at the farm could not have gone any better! Gwen was great about communication and so accommodating to a couple of special requests we had. She has thought of literally EVERYTHING and then some. Though this time it was just us two, it would be a blast for 2 couples or a family too. There were a ton of activities to do and everything was so comfortable. The appliances were first class and we enjoyed the nice upgrades while we were there. Everything was spotless and I totally enjoyed watching the cows (I think I need a little one). We even saw a shooting star! Location is very close to many beautiful and fun things to see and do. As soon as we get dates for the event we attended we plan to book for next year. Thank you for sharing your heavenly property with us!

Peaceful farm setting with family

We really enjoyed the Barn! Gwen was an amazing host, very responsive. Kitchen had everything (seasonings, evoo, pots, pans, foil) to grill the 2 nights we did and there was enough firewood-we used the pit all 3 nights (s’mores too!). The Barn has great views and we stargazed (brought telescope and used apps to identify constellations, spotted Saturn and shooting stars. We had a full moon, and on last night it was all orange) And, the cows…there is a pasture with these adorable black cows that would appear now and then. Not sure if they were milking cows or what but on our last 2 days, we saw babies! At least 3 lying close to the fence or walking near mamas. Just another little treat. I chose The Barn for a remote farm experience and the great reviews for our fam of 4 (two 21+ sons) on a bourbontour. Cynthiana was further out, but I’m glad we rented because the time spent w/ family in this peaceful, pastoral setting each night was something we all really needed. Itinerary? Day1Angel’s Envy then lunch B4 getting to the Barn, immediately at firepit w/ cocktails, s’mores&tunes. Day2:Woodford,Buffalo, Prodigy winery (eh, nearby pasture was cool– pet & befriended horses) then back to our peaceful retreat. Day3:Claiborne Farm, Lex’s Distillery Dist. (Elkhorn &Pepper dist.), lunch at Lex Native Garden Café (love the Zen), grocery run, back to Barn.Day4 back 2 STL-Heaven Hill tasting then Exchange Pub New Albany. We loved Kentucky!Thank you Gwen for helping make our vaca amazing
