I had a great stay at the Colibri Hotel. The location is ideal—it is right at the entrance of Tepoztlán, which makes getting in and out by car super easy without getting stuck in the heavy town traffic. It is still close enough to easily walk into town to explore. The hotel itself is spacious, clean, and has a very inviting atmosphere. While the decor is a little outdated, the overall experience was excellent. The best part was the extraordinary staff; they were always attentive and made us feel right at home. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent service, great place to stay if you want to walk to downtown restaurants, shopping, etc. We went to a wedding close, so it was ideal. They were very kind and ready to help us.

The staff are lovely but the property is a long distance from acceptable; even if it was cheap. This is not a hotel. This is someone’s house that desperately needs updating.

Mi estancia en el hotel fue simplemente excelente. Desde el momento de mi llegada, el personal mostró una atención impecable, siempre amable, dispuesto a ayudar y con una sonrisa genuina. Las instalaciones se encuentran en perfecto estado, limpias, cómodas y con un ambiente que invita al descanso. La habitación superó mis expectativas: amplia, moderna y con todos los detalles. En resumen, fue una estancia inolvidable, con un nivel de calidad que realmente marca la diferencia. Sin duda, un lugar al que regresaré y que recomiendo ampliamente.

Nos la pasamos muy muy bien!! Excelente atención y servicio, el lugar quedá muy cerca del centro, pero lo suficientemente lejos, para evitar el ruido y el caos del mismo, cuenta con buen lugar de estacionamiento y todo estuvo muy comódo y agradable. Super recomendable!
